This product was described as a sleep aid for dogs. Dosage was 1 tablet for dogs up to 30 pounds. My small dog weighs just over 8 pounds so you would think that the 1 tablet would definitely be strong enough for her. This product did nothing to aid her in falling asleep let alone staying asleep for the night.I will be contacting them as they say "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back".UPDATE: The purchase price was refunded promptly with no questions asked. We are absolutely very disappointed in this product. My little man has had a hard time sleeping through the night. This was an last resort. It absolutely made things, circumstances, worse. My little man was so riled up, at night when it came to sleep. After reading, and following up with reviews, I decided last night that I wouldn't give him the supplement. I was absolutely astonished that he slept through the night, zero problems. I have not slept through the night since I ordered this product. The minute I stopped the supplement, he slept with absolutely no problem. He will no longer be using this absolutely farce of a product. HORRIBLE!!!

We had an unplanned remodel of our house, which was torn up for a couple of months. This threw our 13-year old chihuahua/pug mix off of his routine. We reached a point where we went weeks with him waking us up every night in the middle of the night to go out to pee. This disruption in sleep every night started causing us issues from not being rested.We had given our dog melatonin in the past, but always had to put it in peanut butter or cheese to get him to take it, which would make him thirsty (which continued to add to him having to go out to pee more in the night).These pills worked wonders in “rebooting” our dog’s schedule. We give him a pill in the evening and he chews it up without getting thirsty afterwards. More importantly, he sleeps through the night every night now! He appears more well rested and his humans are too!One positive side effect - we’ve had issues every year around July 4th or any holiday where fireworks are used. This year, we noticed he was far less bothered by fireworks, and after we gave him his pill, he would even fall asleep and not wake up from the sounds outside. We’re hooked!

First off all that fluff came out of that bottle! The amount of actual pills fills less the a 1/4 of the bottle... pretty excessive packaging.As for the results of the pills themselves, they are ok. My dog seems to like the taste, no need to disguise them in any form. He eats them plain. However, they only seem to work about half the time. He has no problem falling asleep but some nights he's up passing and winning 1-2 times a night and others 5-6 times.I'm not sure I would recommend for the price. I'd try a cheaper brand first and see what results you get before buying these.

A little expensive for me but it works for my dog. Bottle is almost empty and my dog sleeps throughout the night! I was afraid it wasn’t going to work or be very harmful but they have natural ingredients and my dog sleeps wonderfully. If do you give too much pills, which I did on accident once and I think my dog did not like the feeling. So I only give 1.5 and they are super easy to break. I only give him the pills so he sleeps throughout the night.

I almost never write reviews because frankly I am usually disappointed when I try a product...even ones with stellar reviews. But this stuff really works!My pup is 17 1/2 and suffers from dementia. She was on 3 supplements for the dementia and none were working at night. She was waking me up 4-5 times a night in distress and I would have to give her water and some food and then she would go back to sleep for 1-2 hours and rinse and repeat. I thought I was going to lose her and lose my mind from lack of sleep.Someone suggested Melatonin so I got a supplement with just Melatonin and gave her 3g before bed. It seemed to help...she was getting up twice a night which was an improvement. But then I read reviews about this product and thought what the heck...why not try it. I have used it 3 nights in a row now. My girl weighs 17lbs and I give her one pill around 9 or 10 at night. She falls asleep within an hour. She has been waking up once a night to potty and wants water and some food and then she goes right back to bed. And sleeps until about 6AM.This for me is a miracle. I just hope the effects do not wear off after time.Anyone with a dog with canine dementia and sundowners should try this. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain including your sleep at night.

These pills used to work but you changed the formula or discontinued the pills I was purchasing and now these pills are not working ad good as the other ones ! Very disappointed

I bought this for our Chihuahua who has trouble falling asleep. He’s restless and anxious when he first goes to bed, and this was becoming a problem because he sleeps with my teenage son, who has to get up early each weekday morning for school. I had tried calming chews to help, but they did little to aid in sleep. Because this contains melatonin and a few other natural ingredients, I wanted to try it. We’ve been giving it to him for about a week now about 30 minutes before bedtime, and it has helped quite a bit. Our Chihuahua is not waking up during the night now, and he sleeps more peacefully.It’s very important to give it to your dog AT LEAST 30 minutes before bed so that it has time to work. My son has forgotten to do so and had to give it to him at bedtime, so it obviously took time for it to work. We will try giving to him an hour before bedtime to see if that’s even more effective.Also, since he requires only one tablet, the value of the product is terrific. We’ll definitely be buying it again.
