I kept looking at this for a day and a half to see how to install it on my 2003 Chevy Duramax. My wife finally found the instructions from where I threw them aside on the first day. I read the instructions and it took about a hour. Great product and really easy to install. Looks great and I would recommend this.

Short support brackets were not in package. There was supposed to be 2 short brackets and 2 long support brackets; instead received 4 long brackets. My son put them on and made it work. This was the main problem; however, the instructions did not accurately state what was actually received. I would have sent them back but needed them right away. Also, the drop was not as helpful as I thought it would be. If I had it to do over again, would order some with more drop so that easier to get in and out.

They look nice, but the braces/brackets needed to be a little longer, they are a little close to the body of the truck so they are tricky to use when we get out. Getting in and stepping up on them is fine. If I had it to do over I would buy something different but after paying the mechanic to install we will make due.

Got these for my 2005 Silverado crew cab, 5 inch nerf bars at this price plus free shipping can't be beat. The installation is not that difficult, hand tools are all that's needed. Everything you need to mount these nerf bars on your truck is in the package, once all the nuts and bolts are tightened it is solid. Arrived in a few days by FedEx, awesome.

Instructions could be better!missing some washers.

I got these for my husband for his birthday because it's always been hard for myself, the kids oh, and my mother-in-law to get into his truck. He installed them quickly and he loved them

The product looks good and is super supportive for a good price.
