Wanted (Knotted Series Book 1)

This is an intriguing omegaverse read. The setting is a dystopian world over ran with alpha, betas and omegas. All it took was a dream of a woman and Zeus was hooked. Now she consumes him and he doesn't know if she is for real or not. Zeus has a goal to get revenge but how can he when he is consumed with the woman of his dream. Will everything come to pass for him? this story grabs you from the beginning and have you wanting more!

The book introduces us to a world filled with mystery and suspense, which initially intrigued me. The author's writing style is decent, making it easy to follow along. However, I couldn't help but feel that the pacing was a bit uneven. The story took some time to gain momentum, and at certain points, it felt like it was dragging on. I wished for a more consistent and engaging flow throughout.The characters, though interesting in concept, lacked depth and development. I struggled to connect with them on a deeper level, which made it difficult to fully invest in their journeys. Additionally, some of their actions and decisions felt forced and unnatural, which further hindered my overall enjoyment.On the positive side, the book does have its moments of excitement and intrigue. The author introduces intriguing plot twists that kept me guessing, and the underlying mystery held potential for an engaging series. The ending left me curious about what's to come in future installments.In conclusion, "Wanted" is a decent start to the Knotted Series, but it falls short of its potential. While it has its share of suspenseful moments, the pacing and character development issues prevent it from truly standing out. However, if you're a fan of mystery and don't mind investing in a series, you might find it worth giving a shot.

Just enough heat, sass and everything else I like in a paranormal story! This is my 1st time reading this author and I look forward to reading more😘

THIS MEANS NO ONE CAN BE BOUGHT OR SOLD AND NO ONE CAN TALK ABOUT IT. THIS IS A TRUE BELIEF OF GOD THAT EXISTS IN ALL CULTURES SO THERE ARE MANY PERSONS WHO THINK TOGETHER. THIS MIGHT NOT BODE WELL IN ALL OF ONE'S RELATIONSHIPS SO WANTED LASTS AS LONG AS IT STARTS.

OK. I have no idea how much I paid for this or if this was a free promo but it's 9 chapters long and and 5 of those chapters are sex scenes. The entire chapter each is a sex scene. That might mean this is just a promo for the next book which is a continuation but that's what an excerpt is for or the synopsis. Why try to make a short book out of it? To trick me into buying the next book? Nope that's likely to make me NOT buy the next book

All else aside when I had read 60 % of the Kindle book that is where the book stops unfinished! Next comes a teaser piece of next book in the series (the actual continuation of the book) and then comes samples of other books. The opening plot seems god; a son seeking revenge on a father who did not recognise him as his child and abused the childs mother. But it is soo poorly written, when the son finds his father and sees what he has become since their last encounter 10 years ago, he realise this is what he can become if he does not take care, maybee if this avenue had been explored instead of beeing one sentence repeted twice or trice, the caracters would not feel soo onedimensional . It all takes place in a very hierarcial and misogynist society that is suposed to bee earth changed catastrofcally 30 years ago. Nothing is told about this other than people changed and became destined for their role in society. There is also a lot of sex scenes explicit but rather mechanically described. I got this book for free as a todays deal, but I will not waste my time on the rest of series, even if it was also available for free.

Short and to the point of how Zeus came to power. This read is not as long as you think it stops about 60% into the number of pages into the book and starts with an excerpt into the next book. I have to admit I feel really cheated when that occurs! I may start reflecting that in my ratings from here on out. I am expecting a full length novel not a longish short story with an abrupt ending. My me feel like I am paying for advertisements for the next novels!

I know this was a prequel to a longer story, but I can't make up my mind if it's wore continuing, I don't like any of the characters.

A whole new world order has been set and it's already turning heads.To be an omega means practical enslavement to Lucy and she's a hot headed spitfire of a m/c. She is strong willed which she needs to be to handle this Alpha through what has to be hard on both participants (pun intended).He's the typical Alphahole you expect but given time he thoroughly keeps you entertained and peeking at the innermost Alpha who wants to be accepted and loved.

This is a short preview of Volume 2, which will be continued in the same book.Zeus and Lucy`s story will be told in the following books#2 - Taken By The Alpha#3 - Claimed By The Alphaand #4 Owned By The Alpha.If you like v-e-r-y dominant males and steamy book pages, than this story will be something for you.

Loved it! Yet again another great book from Laxmi. Zeus and Lucy have intrigued me and I can't wait for the next book. I think its a unique perspective on the alpha mating. I have yet to be disappointed by anything from this amazing author

He wins the fight but doesn’t kill him. Will that be a mistake?Lucia is the omega daughter to the Czar of Moscow, she and her sister have been told that the Vikings have taken the city and a few omegas along with the princesses, will be used as a bargaining chip so the rest of the citizens in the city will be safe. Lucy doesn’t want to be at the mercy of just any alpha or Viking, so she plans to escape on a ship bound for Scotland where she hopes to gain the protection of the leader there.There is a lot of heat during the opening sentences of this book as Zeus dreams of his dream omega, also when Lucy dreams of her alpha. Have a cool drink handy and maybe a towel to wipe your brow.I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.
