After moving to my first apartment without a roommate, I decided to upgrade and get a robot vacuum since floors are my least favorite task. That being said, I'm also fairly cheap and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to get one. After doing a reading a ton of reviews and watching a lot of videos about my cheaper options, I decided on this one and I'm so glad I did!You have to give the thing it's space to figure things out the first couple of times that it runs. That first run I thought, "Oh no, it's never going to be done cleaning" since it cleaned the same spot for about 20 minutes, trying to navigate around a chair. After running it only three times, it's a pro now and works around my furniture pretty easily.Another thing I like about it is that it definitely knows when it's done cleaning. It'll go back to spots that weren't cleaned enough or if I drop something while it's cleaning, it'll go back to that spot. The only thing I haven't tried out a whole lot is the mop function. I've tried it once and didn't have any floor solution to spray on my floors so I used regular (gentle) cleaning spray and while it cleaned well, it left a bit of a residue. I don't know if that's because of the robo vacuum or because of the spray, but I definitely think this is more of a vacuum and a "once-in-a-while" mop.

I’m writing this review review after a week so don’t know the longevity. But so far I love this Robo vacuum. I’ve had many different robot vacuums since they first came out, mostly Roombas. So far this is my favorite. There are no middle roller brushes to clean! What a time saver! The side whisker brushes rotate and sweep dirt to the middle and dirt just gets sucked right up the hole. It finds its way back to the charger (the Roombas I had would only find home 50 percent of the time). It has a locate button so you can find it if it gets hung up on something, it will beep. And not important to it’s function but I downloaded the butler voice and it’s pretty cute, it says things like “time to rest my feet” when it docks to recharge.I purchased the Asurian insurance because my experience in the past 10 years is that the robo vacs wear out after a year or two. I’m new to this particular brand, so don’t know it’s durability.This vacuum is outperforming the $750 Roomba I last had before this one.Haven’t tried the mop function, it’s a very small wipe pad and water tank. VERY small.

The media could not be loaded.  Its been about 5 months since I bought this vacuum. It is a good machine and works as advertised minus a few flaws. I really like the vacuum /suction power, the mop is a great addition and works great. I was surprised by the amount of dust it picked up on an already self-cleaned (broom) floor.However, while the vacuum and mopping are great, the navigation system is weird. In general, gyro-navigation works well. But it seems like the team designed it and tested in an empty space. The navigation fails miserably in a space with furniture. The issue here is with the sensors and navigation algorithm. The front sensors in the vacuum have a clear blind spot that misses the furniture legs (chairs, lamps etc.). This means that it "bounces" back from all these chair legs and that messes up the navigation. It also means a potential damage to the legs and the front panel of the vacuum because the vacuum hits them while running at full speed. The solution that customer care provided was to cover the legs with a white cloth - unacceptable! Once the navigation path is broken, the vacuum leaves spots everywhere and the only way to get them is to go on a manual mode. I now let it run and figure out the spots that it left and get those manually.The other issue is the brushes. The hair will always get entangled in the side cleaning brushes.

Good machine everything perfectly but it came with the battery damage that's the only saying bought a new one working perfectly

This is the worst product I ever got on Amazon.1. From the first day when I got it the two “brushes” or what ever they are call kept on falling out not matter how much I tried to place then correctly.2. The “mopping” option is terrible does not clean whatsoever.3. Ever since I got it I was never able to connect it to the app, I contacted customer service and they gave me instructions which I followed and never worked after numerous tries I gave up on that.4. When I first got it it did a decent job at cleaning, I live in a 650sqft 1 bedroom apartment and didn’t even use it every day and I would just use it for the living room, dining area and kitchen and I would still see tiny objects on the floor after but I didnt really mind that, what does bother me is that in certain corners or if it gets stuck in certain places it would leave trash it had collected from other places on that corner or place where it got stuck.5. it keeps on getting “error device trapped” for no reason even if there aren’t any objects in its way. The first few months would only do it some times but it kept getting worst and worst to the point where I cannot use it any longer because it keeps on getting “trapped” or it says things like “wheel suspended”even if its not, I tried resetting it multiple times and tried everything to make it work but it just wont.After a few months is completely useless no matter how hard I tried to make it work. I do not recommend this product its such a headache and a waste of money I sincerely recommend you invest a little bit more and get an actual good vacuum because this one aint it. I literally cannot use it anymore such a nightmare

Cleaning abilities are quite good, when I empty the dust bin at the end of a session there's dust I didn't even know existed!That said, the RoboVac does miss entire chunks of a (Toronto-sized) condo, and has to be manually steered to & sometimes locked in a room so it will grace that room without escaping after 3 seconds.

Pues si es una excelente aspiradora, trabaja bastante bien, mi casa es de una planta de 25 x 10 metros con 3 habitaciones + sala, comedor, estudio y cocina.Limpia literalmente todas la áreas y esquinas de la casa, recoge muy bien el pelo de mi mascota y familia, así como restos pequeños de comida y restos del tránsito normal, tarda aproximadamente 1.45 minutos en agotar la batería, pero tiene una función que permite que reanude el trabajo cuando recarga al 80% la batería, tarda aproximadamente unas 5 horas en recargarse, tiene un excelente desempeño, se mete debajo de las camas muebles etc. Ya nos olvidamos de barrer la casa!La parte de del trapeado es muy similar aunque hay que tomar en cuenta el tamaño del aparato, no te salvas de trapear de forma profunda cada 3er día, es como un apoyo para que permanezca limpio solamente.En cuanto al mantenimiento en mi caso se lo doy diario, esto es limpiar el depósito y el filtro, así como los cepillos ya que se enredan los pelos largos y hay que quitarlos manualmente.En cuanto a la App es muy básica, no puedes seleccionar áreas especificas, pero en general puedes poner horarios para la limpieza, compartir con otro usuario el uso de la App del dispositivo, manejarlo manualmente, cambiar el tipo de succión de estándar (piso normal) a máximo (puede ser para alfombras) y puedes seleccionar un punto especifico para que pase varias veces en un punto (esto no lo realiza a la siguiente limpieza) siempre hay que hacerlo de forma manual.He intentado conectarlo con Alexa pero no existe la Skill para México, realmente fue algo decepcionante ya que fue una de las razones por la que escogí este robot en lugar de otra marca, pero su buen desempeño me hizo quedármelo a la espera de que algún día se pongan las pilas y pongan la Skill de Alexa en México, ya con eso sería para mi una de las mejores compra que he hecho, espero que lo hagan muy pronto!!!

The media could not be loaded.  This little guy is amazing! I've had him for a few weeks now and it makes life so much easier. I have one cat but may as well have five because he's chunky and sheds like crazy, meaning I have to vacuum at least once a day if not twice. My partner also sheds to the point I'm surprised she isn't balding! If you're looking for a robot vacuum this dude is your man, eufy is at the lower end of robot vacuums but has a systematic path of cleaning and doesn't miss a spot, it recalculates when we move furniture and doesn't get lost. It also will return to charge when the battery is low and then pick up where if left off when the battery is at 80%. Sometimes it does stop and think about where it is but give it a few seconds and it will redirect. Highly recommend for hard flooring, but can't comment for carpet as we only have a very small section but it does a nice job. I did remove the little swiffer arms as there is a small ledge that they would get caught on and they'd fall off but it works perfectly without them. Obviously nothing will replace physically scrubbing floors and vacuuming but this is perfect for anyone who wants to come home to clean floors.Update: incredibly worth the money and when knocked off the charger while charging it will reposition again which is great if you have pets or kids!!

This unit is unreliable. Sometimes it is charging, sometimes it only appears that way. When you want it, it might be ready.It can't be relied on to "re-dock" itself (as the sweeping bristles are always in the way of the charging contact points).They say you get what you pay for, but I feel I overpaid for this unit.

Excelente en piso de duela, limpia muy bien, y el modo de trampeador quita manchas en el piso, especialmente cuando usas el modo “spot”A veces se atora con topes o desniveles y hay que moverla manualmente, pero fuera de eso, la app funciona perfecto y cumple muy bien su función. 100% recomendable
