Contains carrageenan digestive and glucose irritant
Great idea but contains Carrageenan known to cause gut irritation and long term digestive issues. Whilst approved as a food product, google it to see the known issues including causing problems with glucose metabolism. So it’s a product formulated to help keep you in ketosis for health and weight loss, yet in this case Peter is robbing Paul. Would love to see these caps minus carrageenan. Bought x2 bottles. Will have to bin.

Whats going on????
Hiso this is the third time buying these. I was taking the recommended 3 capsules a day, have been for 3mths. But apon recieving the last bottle even taking 1 capsule a day is giving me horrendous stomach cramps and making me feel nauseous. As usual they are keeping me in ketosis but why giving me stomach cramps this time? To the point of taking pain killers!! New supplier? changed ingredients/quantities? I feel mean giving only 1 star as the other 2 bottles were amazing.

Not for people with High Cholesterol
I ordered these as I was recommended by the Keto Diet. I relieved them and there is a warning for High Cholesterol do not take! it fails to say on the page ive returned

Keto worlds mct oil gives you that little extra help
This is a great value product which keeps me in ketosis I'm in to my third multi pack order and would recommend above all other similar products .My dosage is 2 tabs three times a day if your new to a keto diet start at 1 twice a day after a week then up the dosage to one tab three times a day .All the best with your weight loss .

Easy soft capsule to take
These capsules arrived quickly (which is always nice) and I started to take them straight away. They proved easy to swallow, there is no after taste and I'm really pleased with them. Just taking the recommended 1 a day for now, but I have not suffered any ill effects so will increase from next week.
