I have 3 Honeywell Purifiers and measure their effectiveness with a hand held air quality monitor.I normally buy the Veva brand replacements, which work well. Tried these because they are literally half the price and according to my AQ readings, they are doing half the job as the other filters by Veva or the original Honeywell brand replacement filters. Just the facts. Not even close to doing the job. I have two units on the first floor of the house and when you walk into the area that has the fake filters, the readings nearly double. Then, walk into the other area with the good filters, readings come way down. Box and filters are also unmarked and unlabeled, so you cannot track the manufacturer. Definitely fakes. Buy either the Veva or Honeywell brand. I have used both and they are WAY better.

Lots of third party filters out there for HPA300 and these just don't cut it. Fit was off and the quality of the HEPA filter was not on par with the Genuine filter. See my photos comparing the weights of the two. I'll be reviewing other shortly including Merchandise Mecca and Veva. Stay Tuned!

After reading all the reviews some of which said the prefilter was smaller and thinner than OEM while others said they were very similar, I took a chance and ordered them. I just had to replace the prefilter in my HPA3200 for the 1st time and the non-OEM prefilter is, in fact, smaller (side-to-side was OK but top-to-bottom was about 3/8 inch less) and thinner. I had some non-OEM replacement filters for an HPA3100 which have to be cut to size from a larger sheet that had excess material available so cut a 3/4" strip (because even the OEM prefilter doesn't seem to entirely cover the HEPA filter) to fill the gap. When I need to buy more replacement filters in 2 years, I will probably consider another non-OEM brand to see if they are closer to the OEM size. The HEPA filters measured very close to the OEM but I won't have to replace those for 9 more months so can't comment about the exact fit of those in practice. I will not pay the cost for the OEM so will rig any non-)EM replacement as necessary.

UPDATED 12-19-2020: The dirty filter light came on at about the same time usage interval as the original filter. I do not vacuum the pre-filter monthly (don't want the extra exposure to dust.) I am still very happy with these "off-brand" filters.I purchased my air cleaner in May and the light finally came on to tell me I needed to changed the pre-filter. While it is very quiet for it's size and capacity, I have been running it on low because of the noise. The 6 Hepa filters will give me 2 complete changes while the 8 carbon filters are good for 8 changes.I had a little trouble getting the carbon filter to stay while I put the front panel back on, but I had the same problem when I first assembled the machine. Since these filters are so cheap and I can also purchase additional carbon filters by themselves, I will probably change the filter every 2 months, even if the light is not on. There was noticeable dirt accumulated on the Hepa filter (the expensive one). (Note: this was from the original filters that came with the machine). I could see no difference between these replacement filters and the original ones. Will be buying them again when I need filters for the air cleaner.

These are comparable with the name brand. I will purchase again. However, the company and the other company “V” have been raising their prices. I purchase these off brand filters for the price. I hope they stop raising the price. Otherwise, I would have to find a different vendor.

I was pleased to find these at a good price, but disappointed to find that the black carbon filters are about a half inch short for the HPA300. As a result, larger dust and dirt in the air will not get stopped before entering the HEPA filter, clogging them unnecessarily too quickly. I'd recommend another manufacturer in the future.

The length of precut activated carbon pre-filter is 3/8 inch short, dust can go through the gap and make the HEPA filter dirty easily.

I have severe allergies and rely on my air purifier year-round. When the name brand replacements were backordered for months, right during peak allergy season, I had to order these instead. I honestly don't think they're as good - my allergies have been terrible even running my purifier at a pretty high speed - and next time I will just pay for the originals.
