Highly Recommended!
It is sturdy and well built. I use a Precor 240i at the gym and this product is as good if not better. It has more variety of exercises and is cheaper. In particular, there is a calf stretcher. The front rollers are also better for hamstring stretches in my opinion. You can view all the exercises it can do on Youtube. It is larger, heavier, and more sturdy than the Precor 88 vs 60 pounds, but I think most people would be happy with either product. It has all the tools you need to assembly it. One person can put it together. You do not need a second person. There are very few pieces so it is easy to assemble. All the nuts and bolts are clearly labeled and laid out all on a single piece of cardboard. Two of the longest bolts were mislabeled, but it was easy to figure out.The box it came in had some damage, but the contents inside are pretty well protected. There are some cheaper products out there, but some of the reviews said they were not sturdy and I wanted a product that would last a long time. These stretch machines are an easy, fast, and simple way to stretch everyday. 10 basic stretches for at least 10 seconds, I expect I can do that. These machines are pricey, but hopefully they will help alleviate some aches and pains. They are much easier to use than having to get on the floor or use multiple machines for stretching.

After a lot of searching I found the best stretching machine available out there now
I have to say that after a lot of searching I found the best stretching machine available out there now. It is very comfortable, and very ergonomically built. It allows me to stretch beyond what I can do on the floor, and makes stretching fun. As a licensed physical therapist, I am always looking for ways to maximize my own stretching as well, and this machine allows you to get into almost every position. The one thing I did buy, in addition to this, was the Tiger machine with the wheel that people use in karate to get their straddle split. I didn't feel that the abduction component was as much as I would need on this machine, but the hip rotation is great. Hip rotation is tough to stretch yourself effectively and something that it is lacking in many people, including myself. I put it together myself in about 45 minutes. I did find it was missing one very tiny screw, but luckily I found another one that fit. I would recommend this machine, although pricey, it is VERY unique and the others do not compare to it.

Excellent product.
Excellent product...exactly what I hoped for! I'm usually the type who only comments "good product - delivered on time.", but this is an important issue for anyone experiencing lower back and hamstring issues such as mine. So here is my lengthy review.I purchased this because I'm experiencing problems with flexibility. I own a contracting business, so I travel a lot and do a lot of lifting and pulling in my everyday work. I used other stretching equipment while a member of a local gym, but I quit the gym about (8) months ago and am now having issues with tight hamstrings. Complicating this are lower back muscular issues brought on by years of working in construction. I recently visited my neurosurgeon (I had back surgery 17 years ago) and while he eliminated skeletal issues as being the source of my pain (thank God!), he did tell me that I need to incorporate back and hamstring stretching into my daily schedule in order to improve my issues. As a contractor, a sore lower back and tight hamstrings, preventing me from working, costs me money. But getting on the floor to stretch is not practical for me (I'm a big, old guy with bad knees), and physical therapy is too costly. Rather than going into the monthly expense of another gym membership just so that I can use their stretching equipment, I decided to buy one of my own so that I can use it when I wake up and before I go to bed as a matter of routine.Set-up/Construction: I'm impressed with the heavy metal and solid welds. Bench pads appear to be well constructed and are comfortable. I put it together by myself within 30 minutes. All parts were there except for a washer, and everything arrived undamaged (and on time). It does include tools, but I would suggest having an extra 3/16" SAE hex key wrench so that you can properly tighten the roller pad caps (kit only comes with one). I would also suggest having a long handle #2 phillips head screw driver to attach the exercise /instruction board. The screw driver "tool" that comes with it is inadequate.Ease of use: I'm 52 years old, 6'2", 225 lbs and I can get into the equipment easily, use it comfortably and it's solid when I'm on it (no rocking or movement at all). Transition of exercises is easy and comfortable - far more comfortable than units I've used previously in gyms. The stretch that I get is also as good if not better than models I've used in gyms. I also agree with previous posts regarding the hip stretch option, also a huge need for me.Cost: While it is expensive, it's not as expensive as other models out there. It's also a lot less expensive than physical therapy and lost production time from my business. Even though I have just received it and have only used it for a couple of days, I've worked out most of my life and feel it's as solid a piece of workout equipment as anything else I have owned. For my money, it looks to be well worth the money!

Very sturdy, commercial quality stretch machine
Love this machine, took about an hour to assemble by myself, no particular hurry. Tools are adequate but you would benefit from a typical Phillips head screw driver. I have used this model in gyms and really appreciate the controlled stretch this gives my lower and upper back, shoulders, hamstrings, groin and gluteus. There is one other quality brand at the same price point but I like the bulkiness of this model, the shipping weight tells the tale there.

Not good quality
Sorry to say this, as I had high hopes because of the "commercial" sturdiness. It came all scratched up, paint is chipping off everywhere. We assembled it anyways, I could have overlooked the scratches and chipping but it made terrible sound when tilting the seat back. It goes back

Good machine, terrible shipping
Great stretching machine - the whole family uses it and gets a lot out of it. The shipping on the other hand was appalling. The shipment came over a week late and the box was completely beaten up, basically held together with some plastic strapping. The bars were all scraped and the metal piece that the seat attaches to was bent - having already waited so long for it to arrive we just straightened it in a vise rather than have to wait yet more time for a replacement part.

Love it!
Love this unit! Allows me to keep limber and stretch out tight mussels. It is expensive but several hundred less than from the manufacturer.
