G-99985 Wind Chime with Black Coated Gems Cats on The Moon Hanging Decoration

First to know - this is a large wind chime...at least larger than the picture would lead you to believe. The moon alone is about the size of a dinner plate. Second, I would have never paid $19 for this had i seen it in person first. It is a plastic wind chime, and it is very apparent that it is plastic when you see it in person. The plastic itself is mostly translucent, which is not apparent from the picture. The cats are different colors than they look in the picture; specifically, the top half of the cats are basically clear rather than the subtle transition to a lighter color that the picture would lead you to believe. Also, the cats are separate pieces from the moon, and they are not well attached, they kind of stick out at a random angle. I think this wind chime is worth $10 at very most. If I had been able to pay $10 or less, then I would be very satisfied with this wind chime...it is quite cute from far away.

I booth these chimes as a birthday gift for my best friends who loves black cats. While they are beautiful chimes, the picture is a little misleading. I thought these were going to be mostly black cats, but they are half a light grey with black bottoms.

Oh my gosh I should’ve read the reviews on this! I didn’t realize it was going to be so big, since it came up in my search for “small” wind chimes and I obviously misread the dimensions. But that would have been ok if not for the really cheap looking plastic on the wind chime itself. The look and feel of the cats and moon look like a child’s home crafting project gone astray. I wouldn’t buy this for anyone with taste. Luckily this is kind of a gag gift anyways so I’ll play off the cheap quality as part of the gag. But buyer beware this is super cheap looking and not worth more than 5-8 dollars. If you are looking for something even remotely “nice” this is not it!

Came in two parts, used pliers to fix a bad link. Glad it's plastic and not glass, though. Would be even more fragile if it was! Of course, I've had about 3 storms since I hung it a week ago, but it's holding up! For the price though, a broken link isn't a big deal. As long as it wasn't the chimes or the top, nbd. Sounds pretty, and it's super cute. If you get it as a gift, check it first and then repackage, don't just send it! Will update if I have an issue, or how well it holds up by next year.

The only problem I had with this product is that I genuinely thought I was getting a glass one time for my mother-in-law. It's also titled to black cats. They are not black cats they are half black. Definitely resin made... not glass I just feel like that should be in the description

I adore these wind chimes. They are beautiful and perfectly epitomize our own little darlings. I have to say, they're slightly "dainty" though, and my previous location was much too rough on them. The little ball on the bottom (which hangs down a bit) would blow into the fence it was near and get caught & tugged in high winds. I had to do some repair, but that was my fault for having them in a place that wasn't the best spot for them. Even if I hadn't fixed the bottom (chime) portion, I still would've used the top half for a sun catcher it's so pretty though.Now I have them hanging on our front porch and it's perfect. They don't make the most intriguing sound I've ever heard, but rather a gentle tinkle type sound. I love that people walking up to our house know we have cats too. Who knows, maybe that'll improve their chances if firefighters ever have to visit. Wishful thinking yes, but I love my new little front porch guardians ;)

I purchased this chime for my girlfriend as a surprise gift.... I'm not very impressed with the material and quality. It also arrived tangled and with the strings loose from the actual chimes. Boy did I look cheap after I handed this over. I couldn't return it as it was a gift but I would STRONGLY advise passing on this one even if you are a cat person. Not very good value.

I got this for a gift for my aunt.The chime is really nice, its low and pleasant to hear, the cats are cute but I recommend possibly trying to avoid rain or weather as the paint could chip off.It was a good value for the money AND it came well packaged to protect it. Overall good gift.

Very cute chime, just what I was looking for ! I do wish the cat was fully black. I am glad it’s a plastic material though because I have a black mischievous cat who breaks everything
