Excellent quality and results
Putting to one side whether this is as good as older ones or still french, my experience was it is a very good knife that has good heft and is comfortable to use while holding a good edge.

Not from France as expected
Sabatier is my knife of choice. As a chef it's all I use. Bought this for home and unfortunately it's made in china and nowhere near the quality of the French ones. Maybe it's time for a brand change.
