The beeper when it is in reverse. It is also very sluggish in a tight turn to the point of not moving from a standstill move. The biggest problem is the beeping. I live alone and it is only very annoying.

Bought a similar folding power chair years ago. I loved it and I eventually wore it out. As I tried to replace it I was disappointed that they were out of business. I went to Amazon and low and behold I found this one. Upon receipt I had some questions that the supplier answered and I'm very happy. This folding power chair is great!

Appears to be of excellent quality! Everything works fine. The battery mount was installed backward and the battery was impossible to remove or plug charger.The instructions were typical translation, very difficult to understand in English. I am pleased over all.

Bought for wife to use, runs good, folds easily, made access to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown possible that would'nt be otherwise.

When I saw the price of this power wheelchair, I was surprised their prices were so low compared to the same or similar chair. We picked up the wheelchair at their large busy warehouse and office. It is a family business. Miquel spent a long time with us. He was very helpful. I charged it for more than 14 hours recommended but still would not get fully charged,the manual has no phone contact while it provides that contact us if you have any questions 🤨🤨🤨
