Not bad.
What I got says it has Erythritol and Stevia instead of Xylitol and isomalt. It's pretty good except the bitter aftertaste of, I think, Stevia. I am regularly using Stevia, and have been seeking for a soothing jello dessert, so am still pretty happy with this product.

Yuck Medicine flavor
Tasted like medicine. Everyone took 1 bite then 3 year old played with it like a toy. Yuck.

Fake sugar, solid texture
This tastes very artificial, with the synthetic sugar replacers dominating the palate.But as a vegan with occasional cravings for a Jello alternative, this gets the job done, especially on the texture front. I haven't had trouble getting it to set like other reviewers, and really, it's the texture I crave more than the flavor. Just maybe have a palate cleanser on hand for the erythritol aftertaste.

Texture not the same as regular gelatin
After following the instruction on the box exactly, the gelatin had a gritty texture and after taste

Too sweet
I don't like the taste of the artificial sweetener the clingers in my mouth after that and it just does not taste good
