Product came fast and in superb shape!

Beautiful apparent high quality design; perfect in every way but one: attach it to my concentrator output, and NO AIR COMES THROUGH. I twisted and turned it in every way; disassembled what could be (most of the connectors are not accessible); blew through it from both ends, but could not see where the blockage is.Too often these days seeing well conceived products just not performing their primary function.UPDATE. Went along with Amazon request to try a replacement. Same problem. I'll take the refund thanks.

Functional, but very very awkward. Difficult to get the end piece lined up where it needs to be. Headpiece does not stay in place, requiring frequent adjustment.

I like it. It's not perfect but it does work. I wish they would redesign the headband and make it more eyeglass friendly. I wish the "boom" was more flexible. It can be hard to find that sweet spot when wearing glasses.I like it better than a nasal cannula. I would buy another one.
