Just what I needed.
Great product, exactly what I needed for my project. All I needed was the installation image on the product page and I had my project up and running in a few minutes. The image shows the product in the lower-left corner of pedestal I created for my remote control flame throwing pumpkin.I didn't notice that the package included three units and they required assembly, but assembly was very easy and simple.

Excellent power connector
I used one of these to build a guitar pedalboard power distribution box. It works great so far with no issues!

It's simple, reliable, and sturdy.
Perfect in a pinch. Only reason for 4 Stars on Value is simply because it's basically being purchased retail. No instructions, BUT ... that's fine by me. If instructions are needed, it is probably not something that person should be playing with. Electrocution is bad, m'kayyyyyy? As for a instalation template, grab your calipers and measure it out, and cut the appropriate size rectangle on the project box or whatever. Again, if one needs more wiring instructions than what's offered here, they ought to learn more about electrical wiring. Not meaning to be a chump, but ... {cough} ... "c'mon, mannnn" ;-)

They work great and great price
They work great and great price. I bought a ultrasonic cleaner and it stopped working after only using a few times bought this part and back in business for cheap.

V.nice and professional looking fused plug/switch
I do wish it was fully integrated, but the switch is separate, I suppose so the On/Off can be switched to the logical way on whatever you plug in. Annoying to have to double wire it up, but not a big deal. after setting it up I shrink wrapped all the wiring from the plug to the switch, so I have no worried about connections getting bumped. Works just fine in the 2 builds I used them for, the fuses are a nice touch. I think the lower Amp rating is due to really sketchy connections, so use some solder to connect and you'll push 10A without an issue, the spade connectors wiggle too much for starters I squeezed them so they fit snugger, then I soldered the connections as well, I think that loose connection is causing some people heat issues.

The tiny switches, not sure what is up
I'm not quite sure what the recommended amp load is for these. My ultrasonic cleaner came with the same switch so I have to keep buying them as they keep frying out after a few months of use. It's usually the switch melting down internally. The fuse never blows! Be aware of if you have a higher than normal amp load.

Exact replacement for one I melted
The one on the left is the one I melted the switch. The one on the right is the new replacement. The old one came with 250v 5x20mm 10A fuse. This switch is rated for 10 amps. But when I plugged in a 1200 watt, 10A, hot plate, smoke quickly started to come out of the switch. It was melted inside, causing the red switch to no longer to function.Beware. The switch is rated for 10 amps, but keep an eye on it the first time you use it. That likely explains why all these switches now come with a 5 amp fuse.
