Clasp opens and closes freely, doesn’t stay closed. Returned for a refund to then buy again, but price is now more than previous

Very pretty but broke quickly
We were really pleased with this item when it arrived- very pretty and comfortable to wear. However today, after just 2 months the piece has broken, as you can see in the picture.This has really disappointed us as I really liked the necklace but unfortunately did not meet my expectations after breaking so quickly. If there is anything the seller could do to help I would appreciate that greatly
