Exactly as shown, extremely firm! Love it.. came a lil damaged due to the delivery but that's underneath the sofa so wasn't a big deal and very hard to notice I was just inspector gadget...

Value for money
I ordered 3 piece combination for 6 people to sit comfortably. I am happy with the purchase so far. I ordered matching carpet and ottoman to make my living room view look great. Single sitter is not on this picture. I am giving it one star less for the height.

Fix your own couch! Stitches arrived broken
I didn't realize after putting the couch together that one of the side seat stitches was broken. I noticed this two daus after assembly after already throwing out the box.I cant imagine the hassle of trying to return this so I get to figure out how to fix the stitch so my new $400 couch doesnt fall apart.This is the danger of buying furniture on amazon. Anyone know how to fix this and stop it from spreading?Edit: just fixed it. Our work looks ugly, but at least my new couch right seam won't RIP out now.

Used/Damaged furniture
The chair and sofa are both nice, but the you could tell the sofa was used and there was a box cut on the accent chair. The bottom of the sofa were worn out where you screw the legs to sofa. You can tell it was used and resold. There was also two holes at the bottom. It look as if the fork lift went through it. The boxes for both were DAMAGED.
