Started using this as a replacement for the powder turmeric and I hope it works for my spinal stenosis.

I put two dropper fulls into my coffee (before the cream) every day. It's easy to use and doesn't overpower the the coffee--I don't even taste it.

I did not realize you need to take this 3 times a day. also, handy to have water near buy, once in a while it would catch me in the back of the throat. Overall a good product.

Started this recently for Achilles tendonitis. I imagine it would help any tendonitis, I wish I had started it long ago. I did make the mistake of taking it straight once, definitely felt the pepper! It's a dropper bulb, so just put it in any liquid. Highly recommend for inflammation. I do know that the black pepper is an important addition to the turmeric. It's a potent combination. I'm not a doctor, just sharing my experience.

This product is worth every star! I have been suffering from shoulder pain for months but once I started taking this product; the pain went away and my mobility restored. It work so quickly and the taste is sweet and peppery. You can take it with water or juice, but I prefer just taking it under my tongue. I can't say it how it were for others but I testify to it's healing agent.

We have used this product for the last 2 years and it’s been an amazing product but the last bottle we ordered the quality was very poor and sadly it’s the same batch as our last order, #1 is the previous order and #2 is the last order.. same batch but definitely not the same quality, definitely will be looking for a new company and product. Sad when the price gets raised and the quality goes down hill,

I've been using this consistently for over 2 weeks now, and I feel like it's making a difference. I use this alongside other tinctures for general health, illness prevention, and to help arthritis pain. I haven't had issues with allergies, haven't needed painkillers (except for a migraine due to weather), and my husband has noticed a sizable difference with a slipped disc and pain in his back. Have recommended this to other friends and will continue to purchase! Just do research before trying, as this can interfere with certain medications.

I've been buying this brand for several years, and the last 2 bottles (with same Batch #) seem to have a different formula than the previous bottles. The previous formula had an orange tinge to the liquid, these 2 bottles the liquid was more grayish. Like the turmeric was left out and it was just the Black pepper suspension. Time will tell if it keeps helping me. concerned about the change though.
