Boon WHALE POD Mini Scoop Toddler Bath Tub Wall Toy Storage and Drain Organizer, Blue

This work great and is so cute! I love the shape and color of the whale. It matches our deep ocean bath theme perfectly. The scoop is easy to remove and use. Once you scoop up all the toys, just run them under fresh water to rinse then hand to dry. The little shelf is so handy. I put the baby's body/hair wash there and the little water scopp. It's big enough for two items. Maybe 3 smaller items. I hand the washclothes on the tail which curve upwards slightly and can be used a bit like hooks. I live in Souther California in arid climate and so far, everything dries quite thoroughly from day to day. This is a nicely designed all in one caddy.For mounting, it comes with double sided super sticky foam tape and two screws and anchors for mounting. I didn't use the sticky foam tape. I didn't think those would work well in the long term with the weight of the toys, bottles of toiletries, and wet wash clothes hanging from it. I decided to mount it with the screws and anchors that it came with. It was easy with a power drill/screw driver. I didn't want to drill and damage my tiles so I found a space with decently size grout lines and drilled through the grout and anchored it to whatever is behind the the tile/grout. Most likely hardee backer board, I'm assuming. It's holding up fine and works and looks great. Definitely cleared all the baby's bathtime toys and clutter from the rim of the tub.I love Boon products. What till they think of next? I highly recommend this.

It's cool looking and works well. I like that it has a shelf on the top to store shampoos etc, and that the tail serves as a towel hanger. The bin holds a lot of toys (although I can't fit all of our in it - but we have TONS) and does allow for easy scooping out of the tub. We have had ours on the bathroom wall for a couple months now and it is still holding tight - I even goofed and had to pull off the strips during installation which I was sure would make it fall after a few hours. We mounted it high enough where our son can't grab it so it is working out really well for us. I am very pleased I got this and spent a little more $ rather than going cheap and getting the net, because like I said, it now keeps the bottles out of his reach too.Update: It is almost two years later and this is still holding strong. Great product!

So I don't normally write reviews, but I've been so impressed with this item that I've come back after 5 years of use to write a review. I bought this when our twin boys were infants. They just entered kindergarten and I took this picture today. The adhesive has held up miraculously over the years of abuse (boys pulling on it repeatedly, yanking the scooper out roughly, hanging on it, etc). I have no idea how it has stayed in place honestly. I was worried when I bought it that the adhesive would fail quickly and we'd have to screw this on, but so far - no need.It has yet to get mildewy even though it gets soaked everyday and I do nothing to clean it. It works great to scoop up bath toys quickly, and now the boys know how to use it themselves. The plastic is sturdy... the scooper has been sat on, thrown, used as a weapon between siblings (haha) and has yet to break. I use the top portion to hold soap and hang washcloths. I've been really impressed with this product and highly recommend!

We like the ease of scooping up bath toys and letting it drain after our son's bath.The whale is actually quite large, bigger than we thought, but that isn't a huge problem as we can use it to store his sponge and rinse bottle as well. The only complaint is that the sticky tape on the back is awful. It's so thin and weak that the pod fell off the first time we put it up, and we hadn't even filled it with bath toys yet. Since then, we have tried gorilla tape, mounting tape, and multiple layers of super adhesive waterproof tapes, but nothing has held up. Super strength velcro seems to be the only thing thick enough and strong enough to withstand the 1lb of toys we have in the pod, so it could be better in that aspect.

The Whale Pod was not our first bath toy storage solution-- the first one I had wouldn't stick (had suction cups) to my tile, AND it broke. I was nervous about ordering this one because of reviews that said the adhesive failed. But we have had ours up for over six months now, with three people using the bath/ shower, and abuse from a two year old, and it is still going strong. And we do use the built-in shelf for my daughter's shampoo, nail brush, and bath book. We did follow precisely the directions for adhering it (ie. we went out and got rubbing alcohol, etc.) I'm not criticizing the installations of other folks that had problems-- maybe it's symptomatic of the type of tile you have or something else, but I am suggesting that following the product's directions to the letter will give you a better chance of success.And this thing is so adorable! How often is cuteness and functionality achieved? Very nice for this mom to see a cute whale instead of a bathroom full of toys strewn everywhere. Thanks for making this!

I like that this holds a good number of bath toys and drains when you pull it out of the water. I also like the top that acts as an additional shelf which, in our case holds more toys. The tape that came along with it was not worth it, the holder kept falling off the wall, so we ended up buying outdoor mounting tape and that worked like a charm. My toddler loves it, and finds it easy to lift off the holder and put it back on.

We have had the Boon ladybug storage pod for a few years now and have been happy with it, however we needed additional space for storing bath toys. Hence, we now have the Boon Whale pod storage hanging next to the ladybug in the bathtub!Overall, this is similar to the ladybug in that you can scoop the toys up and it has drains for the water. However, it has a couple of additional features. You can hang washcloths from the tail to dry which is great and it also has a shelf to sit shampoo and body wash on. Really great for small bathrooms. We are very happy with this purchase and it matches our whale baby bathtub, whale knee cushion, and whale faucet cover!

Das Tuch, welches laut Anleitung dabei sein sollte, Ist nicht dabei. Die Entfernung mit Alkhol ist für den besseren Halt der Klebestreifen nötig.Schrauben um es an die Wand zu bohren, sind auch bei der Sendung dabei.Mein Kind hat es seit dem 2. Lebensjahr und nachdem wir einige andere Produkte ausprobiert haben, sind wir am begeistersten von diesem Produkt. Wer ein Kleinkind hat, weiß, dass diese alles nass machen und auch an solchen Geräten rumreißen oder die Systematik nicht verstehen. Bei dem alles wunderbar, hält, einfach zu bedienen und auch bei Feuchtigkeit bombenfest.Alles in allem nicht günstig, aber super.

Buena capacidad,el diseño muy bonito. La única pega que con las pegatinas se caía constantemente del alicatado,finalmente tuvimos que taladrar la pared, ya así quedó muy bien. En la parte superior se puede colocar el gel y el champú

This appears to have stuck well to the bathroom wall using the adhesive pads and holds a good number of toys. It is quite large but it needed to be to fit all our bath toys in. I like that it can be used to rinse the toys and it drains well so they are not going mouldy.
