Tighten the handle to avoid damaging the pump!
This product is correct kit for repairing my 21220XP sprayer. The white poly plunger part was damaged by striking the reinforcing ribs at the bottom of the pump cylinder bore. The plunger was allowed to strike the bottom and be damaged because the handle loosened itself and backed off the rod threads by >1/4", effectively lengthening the stroke of the plunger and allowing it to travel too deep into the bore. Be sure to tighten the handle immediately before first use. If the tank won't pump up any pressure, or won't hold any pressure you must replace the damaged plunger and tighten down the handle. Unfortunately, this complete rebuild kit is the only way to buy the replacement plunger part. Now that it's fixed, the sprayer is excellent. I also purchased a long brass sprayer pipe attachment so I can stand upright while spot spraying weeds and a brass fan spray nozzle.

Check for correct replacement.
I bought a repair kit for my 2 gallon sprayer and the o-ring was too small in diameter. I finally wrote the factory and got the correct part number. Could have saved $16. The factory will answer you very quickly. Don't trust info you find on the internet from some "Replacement Site".

Not like original
I did replace the worn seals. The pumped worked but still had a slight leak. It could be that the replacement seals are not made to the same tolerances as the original.

Three Stars
Worked fine but lack basic instructions and had an extra O-ring that probably worked on another model.
