Hi, yes it has speed control for throttle.

Were can I get more batteries and a better charger?

Any 2s capable lipo balance charger will work with the right connectors. I use a Lectron Pro. Any 2s 7.4v battery will work as long as it fits. I use Venom Fly 430mah batteries

Dose it have a built in gyro?

Technically no since it's awd but the tires will turn with each drift
