I use them to siphon water out of my aquariums. The squeeze bulbs easily suck water and fill the siphon hose. The water coming out of the bulb is a very small trickle. To get maximum flow from the siphon hose the bulb has to be removed. I did not expect this problem and it is not a major problem. I simply have to remove the bulb when the siphon hose is full of water so that I get full flow of water with the hose. That is all I really need the bulb to do so I am okay with it.

kind of small but functions well. Flexible, not stiff like some of the other brands. Time will tell on durability.

15 months after purchase and installation the rubber is seriously cracking from apparent dry rot. My boat is always stored indoors. It sees daylight only when I'm out on the lake, maybe 30-40 days per year. The price is good and it works great but keep in mind that it will need to be replaced every couple years, maybe more if left outdoors. I bought these to replace the bulb that was original to motor (11 years old). I've been to Academy, Bass Pro and scoured the internet and all the bulbs I have found regardless of price are listed as manufactured in Taiwan, so I'm skeptical that more durable products are even manufactured any longer.

Got these for my boat for a spare just in case mine started leaking still in my glove box

Works OK, but the spiral wire is not tight enough to keep the bulb ok when I tried to pull it of the hose.
