Small Briner
I use this for small amounts of meats. I works extremely well

Perfect briner for small batch smoking and grilling
This mini briner is perfect for small BBQ projects. The 2.5 quart size fits easily in the refrigerator and is just right form BBQ meat brining for two. The only thing I do not like about this purchase that shipping was high - but a 5-star product.

Good Product But A Little Smaller Than I Hoped
It's a good product for what it's meant to be used for but it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. It's perfect for a few pieces of chicken or pork and it fits well enough into the fridge which is nice compared to the giant one.

It is really good and useful, just a little pricy and I wish they didn’t charge for shipping, that makes you think twice to buy it

For small brining
I got the briner for small jobs like a couple of pork chops or a couple pieces of chicken. Perfect for small batches. The briner is a great product, but I wish the plastic was a little beefier. To be honest the ridiculous price is more about the shipping cost than the product’s innovation. I do wish the briner could be made out of glass.

Works great for smaller needs
I have the larger brine bucket too and it’s great but for the average everyday meal it’s too big… this fit 6 butterflied chicken breast perfectly… just the right size for my daily. Worked great and cleans easily.

Missing part
I ordered one of each size briner buckets. Each bucket was supposed to have one locking plate(asstated on the bucket).Upon delivery their was only one locking plate. I've tried making contact 4 times without a response from Briner Bucket company. All I want is the locking plate that was supposed to be included...
