This was a gift for my daughter, who carries a bullet journal, two glasses cases, a wallet, her phone, and other small items. She frequently has business meetings where her tote looks sloppy, and smaller bags look fine, but won't hold everything . I read all the reviews about this purse and was confused that some people complained the leather was too hard and others said it sagged. To clarify, the top of the bag is firm, and I doubt it will ever sag. One of the sides of the bag was fine, but the other immediately became misshapen and sagged as soon as she put anything in it. If it were in a store and there were others, I'd probably put stuff in all of them and buy the one that had two good sides. I'm not going to do that to Amazon, though, because I'm already returning four purses in other styles that were unsatisfactory. The reason for the problem with the sides is probably that it's quite wide at the bottom. That makes it ideal for getting a lot in, though.It is attractive and much more professional looking than a tote, and the mechanism for adjusting the handle is genius. A lot of the bags had handles that were ridiculously long or so short they were uncomfortably close to the armpit, even in the summer, and couldn't be used at all with a coat. The zipper on the side pocket is a little scratchy when getting the phone in and out, though. I haven't had it long enough to know if the zippers will give out. They seem rough and not the same quality as the rest of the purse.If you order one, I hope you get one with two good sides. Then you'll have the perfect purse. Good luck.

Arrived as described. Stitching and construction look well-made. The leather was very stiff which will allow purse structure to hold up, but I prefer a softer leather thus the 4 rating.

Love this purse! Perfect size and lots of pockets. 2nd purse I have bought from this company and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. Stands alone, yet nice soft leather. Wears just beautiful. Love the silver hardware on the black purse.

Right size for me. A lot of different places to put items. Not so sure it's really leather, VERY stiff!

This is a lovely purse. The straps are flat and adjustable. It stand on its own even when empty. I love the look of the purse. However, the zipper compartment in the middle creates 2 small spaces inside, I prefer 1 large space; this made the interior too small for me. Once I transferred what was in my other purse to this 1 it would not zipper. Also the opening is very stiff, reaching inside the zipper scratched the back of my hand. For these reasons I returned this purse. I really wanted to love it because it is so pretty, it just doesn't work for me.

I like the size and shape of the purse as well as the inside pockets. There is plenty of room for all the items one might want to put in the purse. The two sections the have zippers add security to items. I also like the leather.

It is a good size purse with lots of compartments. Love the colour, and the length of the handles. It is very stiff and I am not sure it is real leather. If it isn’t real leather it cost way to much. But I did keep it as I like the purse and many aspect’s of it.

I wasn't sure if I should attempt to buy a purse as a gift, but bought it for my wife for Christmas. She's very happy with her new purse. It seems to be well made, has a lot pockets for organization and it looks great!

The purse has many pockets, inside and out. The leather is very stiff, though.

Great colour - a pale blue grey with fine black edges and silver hardware. The bag is roomy and has zippered pockets. The straps are a great length for carrying on my shoulder. Very pleased with the quality. The bag was shipped in a black dust bag, covered I. Plastic and tissue paper and in an amazon box. Great purchase.

The purse is nice and is a really good size. The quality is not bad but due to the packaging for shipping it is lopsided and won’t stand up. It was not properly stuffed and seems to have a permanent crease on one side at the bottom which keeps collapsing. If it wasn’t for that it would be a great product. I have stuffed it now in an attempt to fix the crease but in the meantime cannot use it. We’ll see what happens. I will be very disappointed if I cannot correct this issue.
