Keeps hair from frizzing out but not heavy or greasy. Great product.

I have high porosity 4 b type curls. Retaining moisture with my wash and go’s is a constant battle. Now that I’m in my 50’s and coloring my greys it’s even more of an issue. I got this today and tried it to revive my curls on a 4 day wash and go…. And all I did was dampen my hair with a spray bottle and work the product into my hair. I was so shocked at the moisture level… the definition and the hold it gave my curls. My hair did not shrink up either like it normally would when rewetting it.Wow! This is just what I’ve needed and you get a lot of product for a decent price. My curls looked just as good as if I had washed it and with no gel cast but good hold. I did use my diffuser to dry it as well. I’m so happy I found this product and I highly recommend it. My pictures don’t do it justice . The complete definition is not as great in pics as it is in person.

Wonderful hair product

I bought this hoping it would be a replacement for Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding, which is perfect for my hair but is too strongly scented and expensive. Note here that I am white with curly/frizzy hair, but have had good luck using products made for African American hair. The texture of this product reminds me of coconut body butter. I definitely do not like using it as an air dry curl product; I find it makes my hair somehow both weighed down and frizzy. I did find a good use for it today, though: I washed and styled my curls yesterday with a SheaMoisture curl mousse, slept on them, and then woke up this morning with them slightly squished and frizzed up. I used a little of this product on my dry curls to sort of refresh them and calm down the frizzies, and they looked good enough that I got compliments from multiple people. I will definitely keep using it for this purpose but probably won't buy more when I run out. I think that maybe this product works better on African textured hair than on my type of curls.EDIT: When I wrote my original review, I was kind of disappointed that this product didn't work well for the purpose I bought it for, which is an air dry product for damp hair. Since then I have revised my opinion. I have been using it to refresh my curls on the second day post-wash, after sleeping on them, and I keep getting more compliments on my hair on the second day than on the first. This product really breathes life into squashed and deflated, frizzy curls. I think I am going to start scrunching a little into my hair after it air dries on the first day as well and see if it has as good of results. I still don't like it in damp hair but it works miracles on dry curls. I also like that a little goes a long way; I feel like the tub I bought will last me a long time.

Love this product! As soon as I put it on my hair it soften my hair and made a shiny curl twist which I have been searching for over a year. Just recently discovered Eden Products and love everything I bought so far. However this Souffle Pudding is the jewel I been searching for. My hair is 4b-4c. Other similar products were drying out my hair and scalp. Curls didn't hold or too heavy. This product does exactly what it says it does. Moisturize, hold twist, softens, conditions, stopped breakage and smells wonderful. Will definitely purchase again. Thanks Eden!

I love the texture and LOVE the smell. Smell is triggering some serious nostalgia for me, but also, it just takes me to the beach. I don’t exactly know why, but the smell just brightens my morning.I’m used to a slightly thicker pudding, but I couldn’t find it, so I decided to try this product in its place and I’m very happy I did. Even though it doesn’t provide the stretch I was hoping for, I have other methods for achieving that and I otherwise love how it accentuates my curls and how it feels in my hair. I will definitely re-buy.

I have 4a hair. I’d say this product works especially when applied to wet hair, but it’s neutral smelling at best. I’m a person that likes a good moisturizer with a pleasant smell so after I’m done with this container, I highly doubt I’ll buy it again.

I was looking at the various coconut oil hair products that Amazon offered and this was highly recommended by other users. For under 10 dollars a container I had to try it. If I didn't like it it wasn't a huge waste of money. Also I am a huge product junkie and try a lot of new stuff. I maybe like 50% of the stuff I try. And I spend way more than 8 dollars a container for most of them. So first upon first try I wash and towel dry my hair and use this stuff with a combination of other hair oils and products that I have. I got amazing curls. Very defined and springy. I was very pleased. However I am even more pleased at how it works on completely dry, 2nd day hair. I put some on my curls and hand combed it through like it is recommended on the container. I then sprayed a little Deva curl Mist -er Right spray over it and let it air dry. Love love love the way my curls turned out. This stuff is definitely going into my regular product regimen. 3rd day I did the same and now 4th day my hair still looks really good and I have done nothing to it yet. You will not be disappointed. A side note I have medium length 3b curls that usually tend to be really frizzy by the second day after washing and I usually only wash 1x per week to keep the frizz down.
