National Tree Company 10 ft Pre-Lit Dunhill Fir Full Artificial Christmas Tree, 1,200 LED Lights, 5,090 Tips, Foot Pedal, 10 Light Functions, Includes Stand, Green

This is our first artificial tree. I ordered the 10 foot LED. I have been buying real trees for 25 years, the cost for a 10 footer is out of control, and I was ready to try something different. I am not going to lie, it was a lot of work to bend/fluff every branch tip, but worth it to have the results I got. I did not have any problems connecting the lights between the 4 sections. I did it as soon as I added the new section. I did everything myself with the exception of connecting the sections. The tree looks very real. I haven't added ornaments yet, but wanted to share this info, for those on the fence about purchasing it. If you don't mind putting in the time, you will have a beautiful tree. The LED model has several different light settings, including super bright color, a muted pastels color and the clear. You can make them twinkle or flash. I like the white with random bulbs twinkling. I highly recommend this tree. It is a great price and made very well.

This tree is easy to assemble but not for anyone without strength in their arms as sections are heavy to lift. It is a stunning tree once assembled with ample lighting and the branches are full and the tree is great for all sizes of ornaments and many, many ornaments. I am very happy with this purchase. Incidentally, there are four sections to this tree.

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Do better Amazon.

This is the best artificial tree I have ever seen. It's true to size and It looks real. It's full and well-made. You can fluff up the leaves giving it a totally realistic appearance. I didn't think I was going to like it but I was in a pinch and order it as an emergency and I LOVE it. It's pre-lit and the lights look better than when I put them on the tree. They have several sequences and you can adjust them to be all white or many combination of colors. I absolutely love this tree. I highly recommend it. I wanted to buy the 9 ft tree but it couldn't be delivered to my location. I ended up buying the 7.5 ft and it worked out great. The only negative is that when package is pretty heavy BUT i'd rather have it this way than risking it falling over when it's too light. Great product. Thank you for saving our Xmas.

I’ve changed my review of this tree. Beautiful Tree. My tree was delivered last Sunday and tidy is Friday. I finally got all of the lights to work. The assembly of the tree is simple. 3 sections top, middle and bottom. Each section just plugs into each other My issue was with the lights installed on the tree. It’s a Nightmare. It took 5 days and disassembling the tree 4 times to find the right connections. Maybe it was just me. It’s a gorgeous 7.5 foot prelit tree. No support from National Tree. It seems Amazon sale trees are not covered under the National Tree Company warranty. When I spoke with them they said this was typical for Amazon. Apparently they sell to Amazon and get some of the problem All in all for the price it is an amazing looking tree once assembled and the lights working. This baby is staying up till Valentines Day.!

I had a similar artificial tree for over 15 years, but the non-led bulbs had burned out and the "needles" were getting brittle and falling off when assembling/dis-assembling it. So, it was time for a new one. I saw a bunch that just looked fake, were too sparse or too expensive. I was a bit apprehensive about some of the negative reviews, but purchased this one anyway. The assembly was exactly like my old tree. It came in sections and you had to connect the lights between each section. And of course, you have to fluff the branches. This seems to be the biggest complaint in the reviews. And yes it was a pain for the first time coming out of a very compact box. A bit of patience and care to fan each of the branches resulted in a very satisfying tree with virtually no gaps (I have a window behind the tree, so during the day any gaps would have stood out). However, at the end of each season, I will minimize the amount of squashing when I put each section into its own bag, which will shorten the amount of fluffing I need to do next year. The lights are led, so they should last forever. The extra bonus was that some of the lights twinkled adding a really nice effect. I got this on sale, so the price wasn't too shocking. I definitely recommend this tree.

If you are in the market for a new tree, look no further! This tree is gorgeous, high quality, and realistic looking. In comparison to the big box stores, it does not even come close as all of those look like cheap, plastic molded tips. This has that REAL pine tree look and it is worth the money (big trust). Don't be fooled by the other reviews telling you that you can fluff this in under an hour. I can assure you, if you want it to look good, you will need 2 hours minimum. It took me 3 hours from cutting the box open to it being fully setup (then you have to decorate). This is not a tree for the lazy as it is a lot of work to get it looking perfect, but it is WORTH the effort! The different lighting modes are awesome, but the twinkling setting is the best one (in my opinion). Highly recommend this tree if you are in the market for new one. Trust me when I tell you that you will be happy with your purchase of this one over the ones from Home Depot or Lowe's for the same price. For reference: we have 9ft ceilings and this is the 9ft tree. Perfect height for us.

I want to be fair. So here's the good stuff first. It's a really full, thick, and tall (7.5ft) tree. The base is a really nice folding one-piece base. Very easy to set up and take down, and you won't loose pieces. Very sturdy. All the lights and light functions work great and are very bright and colorful! Color cordanated plugs to match the lights were great and easy to set up. And it even has some ends where you can add more lights if you wanted to. For the price it's not a terrible tree. However with the price come several.... very underwhelming quality issues. Here's the negatives. Some of the small branches with wires in them for shaping are loose and falling out in several places. This is brand new out of the box. This was on the VERY FIRST setup. I think 5-10 fell out total. Not to terrible I guess. The folding hinges are extremely TERRIBLE quality and don't let the branches fall down evenly or straight. I had to take some pliers and bend the hinges together myself. It helped some, but this is a production issue for sure. Some hinges let the branches fall level, some droop. Some of the main branch wires are bent and crooked. But most are... straightish. All in all for an "affordable" tree (still 165 dollars with tax) it's not terrible. No remote only a foot switch, which is fine. Like everything in life. You get what you pay for. And this is what I could afford lol. I'm grateful to be able to afford a tree. I thank the Lord for providing it for my family and I. I just want anyone buying to be an informed buyer. This was a great purchase. The tree looks amazing after only a few minutes of bending out the branches for full coverage and the lights are easy to connect. Highly recommend!

We love this tree. It's the best tree we've ever had. It has lots and lots of lights. Online video of assembly was also helpful. Easy to fluff up and looks like a real tree.

Looks nothing like described. Bait and switch. Save your money and get another tree don't make the same mistake I did

Beautiful tree! So bright! I had the viral Home Depot balsam pre lit tree but it got recalled, I found this one, and my husband thinks he likes this one even better! I’m very pleased with my purchase! It didn’t take too long to set up and fluff the branches, gives me a nostalgic 80’s/90’s tree vibe which was exactly what I was hoping for! 5 stars!

Beautiful tree, quite heavy but looks real. Took over an hour of “fluffing” but no more than any other artificial tree. All the light options are great, pleasantly surprised with the twinkle function. It is definitely expensive, but I was looking for a tree I’ll enjoy for years and I think I found it!
