One of the cards was broken.
When I was formating the cards to stock with the mifare classic app one out the ten cards kept failing to fully format turns out the last two of the total sixteen sectors were broken. The card is still 7/8 usable since I am still able to use the first fourteen sectors. Overall it still works for what I'm using them for as NFC tags.

All cards are working
I've checked all 25 tags. And they are all readable and writeable without any issue. I'm accessing with my mobile phone. Works with both Android and iPhone.
