Bright Sparks is about the achievements, inventions, discoveries and ideas of IRISH women! The text is engaging and concise. The images are well integrated with the text and make for a fun and pacy read. The author covers historically pertinent people as well as recent accomplishments. Some of the 'women' are only just out of school! I'm left wanting to know more about these women. It's a beautifully produced book and I have bought extra copies as gifts. It's inspiring!
