Works perfectly with Hackintosh
This m.2 BCM94360NG WiFi adapter worked perfectly in my Acer E15-575G Hackintosh build - it was automatically identified by the MacOs system and works perfectly with the native MacOs drivers. This is my first Hackintosh build, and while I'm still working out a few other issues it was nice not to have to fiddle with things to get the WiFi working. My laptop came with an Intel WiFi adapter which was not supported by MacOs, and this adapter was one of a few recommended. Suffice to say - it works as advertised.Do be aware that replacing the adapted can be complicated by how easily (or not) it is to access - my laptop required disassembling the entire bottom cover to get to the socket. Also, those tiny antenna plugs can really test your patience as they are very small, easily damaged and difficult to attach. If you've never worked with these things before, think twice before you try swapping adapters on an expensive laptop or other device you can't afford to break in case you end up mangling the small clips.

OpenCore 0.6.9 No Drivers Needed everything works perfectly 10.15.7
I popped this baby in and immediately i saw WIFI and connected no issues. Tried to run bluetooth but could not for the life of me get it to connect or continuity or handoff to work... Turns out I needed to attach 2 antanna to the back of my PC Case (i had the wires connected to the card but never bothered to put the 2 black plastic antannae on the back ~ not included... should come with your motherboard assuming you have a m.2 wifi card or a slot for it.Once i put the antannaes on I was able to connect airpods / apple trackpad 2 and all of my email and data from my phone pops into my dock realtime as i open stuff on my phone, its perfectly in sync.A+++ would recommend to anyone trying to get a Hackintosh going and has a m.2 motherboard slot with a non compatible card

Compatible with Catalina, works out of the box in Gigabyte X299X Designare 10G
I installed it in Gigabyte X299X Designare 10G, replacing the original Intel card the motherboard comes with. It's a perfect fit as the card dimensions are exactly the same. I could not use the plastic retainer the card comes with, because it would prevent installing the NVME SSD, which on this motherboard stacks on top of the WiFi/BT card, leaving a small gap to avoid heat transfer from SSD to the WiFi/BT card.Connecting the antennae is a fiddle as usual, because the connectors are tiny. One connector clicked right away, another didn't click but definitely connected. The trick is to perfectly align antenna connectors with the card connectors. Don't force them, if you bend a central connector on the card, there's little chance to fix it.WiFi functions as expected, although the speed appears slower than usual. I connected to my UniFi access points and tethered to a phone, all works as expected.I had no chance to test handoff and other claimed Apple-specific features. My Apple keyboard and Touchpad connected right away, after removing them and pairing again, see below for details.I did test it with Plantronics PLT BB PRO 2 running a 15 minutes meeting with my co-worker, who reported good sound quality, and I heard him just fine, too.I also tested it with Apple AirPods v1, just listening to online video, and the sound and pause functionality are there as expected. To the reviewer Atlas mentioning Gigabyte Designare Z390 Motherboard, while our motherboards are different, I don't believe they're that different and the card, unless defective, should work for you, too.It might help to reset the Bluetooth module by using Shift+Option+Click on the menu bar Bluetooth icon. This combination will open extended menu, from which one can select Debug, Reset the Bluetooth Module, and confirm that you want to continue.Last but not least, to the ones replacing another card which had been paired with Bluetooth devices, you will need to remove these devices and pair them again. The reason for it is that the Bluetooth address changes when card is replaced, and old pairings are not valid anymore. You might save time by removing all Bluetooth device from the Debug menu above and re-pair them after.Overall, great card, comes in a cute sleeved case and includes a screwdriver, a plastic antennae connectors retainer, and a screw.

Works out of the box for hackintosh.
This replaced the wireless card in an ITX motherboard. After installation, I initially could not connect to my network. I had to take out the motherboard from the ITX case to access the screws in the bottom. Discovered that one of the antennas had disconnected. Works in Mac OS without any need to install extra kexts. I have noticed though that if I am in BIOS or Windows, it does not function at all.

Great for MacOS, Windows TBD
Worked great for MacOS but I haven’t yet managed to find Windows drivers that work.

Not good for win10 laptops if you want dual systems
I have a Thinkpad X1C6, originally I was using DW1820A (Lenovo version). That card has no ASPM under Mac thus result in poor battery. I had high hope for this one, and it does work OOB under Mac. However under win10 it won’t work and will freeze the system when on battery. The driver is not designed for win10 but rather win8, it can install and run properly with AC but some low power state will freeze the whole system. Many other people also report this issue. So if you have plan to use win10 on laptop, avoid it. For desktop use actually DW1820A is good enough and much cheaper. Also this card does not fit perfect for X1C6 because the back is a bit thick.

Natively supported by MacOS and performed like a real Apple card
This card replaces my broken Dell DW 1560. It does not require third party kext drivers (AirportBrcmFixup.kext, BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext, BrcmFirmwareData.kext, and BrcmPatchRAM3.kext) and works like a real Apple card with MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 - all MacOS wireless features are working good . Bluetooth devices are quickly recognized and maintain stable connections. The wifi speed and connection are pretty fast and stable - I briefly tested the wifi connection since I am using a wired network. Some people mentioned about its small antenna connectors but I don't have any issues to connect my existing antenna cables used for both Intel Wireless AC 9560 and Dell DW 1560 cards. A plastic piece is also included in the box to hold the antenna cables in place... although I don't use it, it may be useful for large antenna connectors.

Plug and play on hackintosh.
I have a mini itx build i7 7700k, 16gb ram with a gigabyte B250N Pheonix WiFi Board. I just replaced the M.2 WiFi adapter with this and pressed the power button hoping for the worst. But surprisingly it worked right away the Bluetooth was there and the WiFi connected right away no kext or headaches were needed. I have Big Sur Installed which is version 11.4 at the moment and it worked right away. I would recommend for anyone looking for a non headache way to get started.I have checked everything hand off works great, Bluetooth works flawless connected 4 things at once no problem. WiFi works and works fast. My incoming calls go to my pc and text. It arrived quite quick as well, I ordered 14th of June 2021, and it arrived 18th June 2021. Which is 4 days and it came by UPS and from the USA which is amazing in it self. Was well packaged. In the packaging it came with one M.2 Screw, plastic protector to hold antenna cables in place, one screw driver and the M.2 WiFi card itself.

Great Plug and Play WiFi Card in a Nice Packaging
The packaging is simple but exceed my expectation. There is one plastic to firm the tiny antenna wires connection but it's too tight to fit in Asus b250i wifi module.Straight forward plug and play for wifi without additional kext, Bluetooth is a bit tricky as it doesn't work with my existing custom USB mapping kext, I used USBInjectAll.kext to get the Bluetooth enabled, and remap my USB ports (which is exactly the same as previous mapping) and it works after the remapping.Air drop, sidecar, airplay are working perfectly!
