Intel NUC hackintosh? You want this.
Built an Intel NUC Hades Canyon hackintosh and when I was done and realized that wifi and bluetooth didn't work with the stock Intel card I was disappointed (there is some effort to develop a driver underway now...). Looked at all of the available choices -- (1) apple card with adapter that blocks the 2nd ssd slot seemed like a not so great option. (2) Dell card that mostly works but some people reported troubles with seemed like a better option, (3) This card which is basically the same components as the apple card but is a drop-in replacement that doesn't block the 2nd ssd slot = perfect. It seemed a tad more expensive than some options, but it was simple and 100% works. The harder part for me was the lack of install instructions on the Internet for this NUC and if you don't have tools to work on TINY parts, you may want to order an iFixit toolkit and a head mount magnifier too -- popping the antennas off and on with 3X magnification was SO MUCH EASIER. Have to remove the screw for the 2nd ssd slot, then unscrew the post that screw goes into with a nut driver, remove card, then remove the tape over the antennas, then pop the antennas off the card, then put the antennas on the new card -- making sure to match white antenna to white post (look for white/black triangle markings), and black to black. Then, put the tiny plastic separator piece over the end of the card that gets screwed down -- don't need the tape -- this plastic piece keeps the antennas from shorting to the 2nd ssd and it provides better protection than the default piece of tape. Put everything back together, boot up, and you're good to go.

Bluetooth didn't work out of the box
I will eventually get it all working but it isn't automatic like it is when you use an Apple card.

Does what it should
Works OOB for this Dell Latitude e5450 hackintosh setup. Bluetooth working as well. Other models might need to install kext as well, but this model required nothing. For windows 10 on the same device, I needed to download drivers from their websie, fenvi.com. Navigation of the site is simple and any computer literate person would know to do this step, but be warned if this does not include you.

Works great in my Hackintosh
This card was recommended by the guide I used to create my Hackintosh (HP Elitebook 840 G2). I must have already had the right kexts installed, because it started working without my having to do anything else. No more (slow) USB dongle needed.Have not tested it in Windows, so can't comment on that part.A little pricey, but recommended!

great product
if the device instance path is PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_43A0 for the wifi and USB\VID_05AC&PID_828D for the bluetooth, you have the legit one that will work OOB with catalina hackintosh. no extra kexts or editing of DSDTs.the windows driver for the bluetooth is the generic apple one.

macOS WiFi Card
This is basically the best card for your Hackintosh build, I've used other cards and tried multiple ways with various Kexts to ensure compatibility.Don't trouble yourself anymore, this is a drop-in solution and it will solve all your problems.

Definitely doesn't work OOB
Might not work at all - at least not for BT. Wifi is fine. BT is faulty - sees devices but won't connect - or nonexistant.
