Rugged Carport
During the fall of 2015 I purchased this carport to house my Jeep. Initially, I was skeptical because the price was very reasonable. When it arrived, my wife and I had it up with-in a half hour. My Jeep fit along with my riding mower and snow blower with some extra space. We bought a few extra heavy duty spikes to anchor it into the ground a little better. My primary concern was if the carport's roof would with stand a New Hampshire winter. The winter wasn't too harsh this past year, but it held up pretty good. I cleaned off the roof when snow began to accumulate and had no issues. Our winter was very windy and the carport did well as I surely expected it to fly away. Luckily I was wrong. I left the state for a few days and neglected to secure the front. During those few days away, we encountered very high winds and heavy wet snow. This took a toll on the carport and when we returned, we discovered one pole sheered in half while another one was bent. Honestly, I was surprised the carport held up as good as it did! I would recommend securing the carport into the ground with additional spikes. The carport is rugged and worth the money. Peaktop was helpful in getting us replacement poles and we're ready for another harsh New Hampshire winter.

Better than expected, great deal for the price.
Took a while to set up, but wasn't all that difficult. Have had it up for a couple of months and it does the job. However, if you're going to be dealing with wind, go to your local hardware store, buy the strongest industrial-strength stick-on velcro they have, and put it on the uprights and the fabric; the sewn on velcro comes off in a wind. We bought weights for it, which work pretty well and dog tie outs to help hold it down (they're cheaper than the stakes sold for these things and work just as well).I am going to grommet the bottom hem on the side and run rope through the grommets, tying it to each post. This will prevent the wind from catching the bottom and thereby put more strain on the central velcro anchors.Definitely worth the money..

this was very easy to set up
Let me begin by saying , this was very easy to set up. I did it by myself in about a hour and a half. Instructions were very easy to read and follow. Only problem I have is that some of the poles that you put together didnt have anything to hold it in place. So, I ended up screwing them together. They didn’t give you enough ties for the cover, so I ended up using rope. I see that you can buy more, but why should I have too, It should come with enough. The reason why I gave it a rating of 3 is because is because I have had it for 5 months and the rings that you use to hold the cover down have already started to tear. It does get a little wind here, 5-10 mile an hour occasionally but that isn’t bad enough to cause these to tear. It’s been 11 months now and most of the rings the the supplied bungee cords have ripped off and most of the bungee cords have deteriorated and broken off. The velcro that holds the sides to the poles have torn off and now there are holes in the sides where the Velcro used to be. So basically the side is being held on by duct tape and wire ties. Don’t really know what to do, if I would have bought a more expensive one would it have made a different. I don’t know. Don’t know what to say, is this a bad product all together or is this just what you get with all canopy type garbages. Can’t say.

Great Tent/Carport
We have had this carport/tent in our back yard for the past 3 years (purchased early December 2015). It is still standing. Just last night the wind ripped off the top because the ends weren't closing anymore. We live in Southern California where the wind reaches 60-80mph at times. With all that wind, the two sides (10x20) are still holding firm. We have changed out the elastic bungee cables various times & keep an eye on them. We put anchors down into the cement (1 per leg) and put 2x4 on the inside & outside of the bottom of the long side walls with a screw to clamp them tight to keep the sides taunt. We also braced the tent against a wall because of the strong winds as we have a walk way all the way around the tent. We have replaced the top 1x and the ends once...the sellers have been very helpful to meet our needs. We also live in Sunny CA where the sun beats down on the tent. We installed lights inside the tent and a light switch, electricity and it has a nice glow from the outside when the lights are on at night. We have been very satisfied with this tent.

For the price, it's a great value.
The carport went up easily and quickly. The instructions are a wee bit vague, lacking detailed info for some of the steps. For anyone mechanically inclined, there's plenty of info in the pictures. It has held up through a couple of spring storms without any damage or signs of failure. I also bought those corkscrew type of stakes that screw into the ground about a foot deep and didn't use the small straight stakes that came with the carport. - and I recommend you to do the same. For the price, it's a very good value.

Not delivered as pictured
Buyer beware. The sidewalls that ship with this tent are not as pictured. The windows are rectangular and much smaller with much less window coverage. The tent is also a Quictent. PeakTop is a subsidiary of QuicKTent. The tent is easy to assemble. The sidewalls are heavy-duty. The customer service is great. But if the windows matter, this isn't the tent for you.

Good canopy
Very good canopy and easy to set up. Believe the reviews saying not to keep up in the wind. We had this staked down and weighted pretty good but a freak PA wind storm flipped it over and bent it up. Canopy survived but had some bent poles. The company was very helpful in replacing them and quick to respond.
