The Natural Dentist Healthy Teeth Fluoride Anticavity Mouth Wash, 16.9 Oz

I have used many types of mouthwash throughout my life and none of them have actually helped with my tooth sensitivity. After a week of using this mouthwash, my mouth is feeling much, much better - only rarely do I feel any mild sensitivity at all!I like this mouthwash because I was looking for something without all of the added dyes that so many have and without the alcohol, but I still wanted fluoride (easier said than done apparently). It is important to note that this mouthwash really does taste like the fluoride rinse many of us used to get from the dentist years ago (which doesn't taste great...). However, after doing it for the first week, I got used to the taste and don't mind it anymore.Be sure to shake the bottle before you use it, and make sure the cap is screwed on TIGHT before you shake it, or it will make a mess.Overall I am impressed with the difference that it's made in my dental health.

So, here's the deal with fluoride: it tastes terrible.But, it helps you from getting cavities. The reason this product might throw some of us for a loop is because it is not artificially flavored and we may be used to a product such as ACT, which is artificially flavored.I love the original ACT which is alcohol free and has Sodium Fluoride 0.05% (same as this). It also tastes better than this. BUT, it can be a bit more difficult to come by at a reasonable price on Amazon. Plus, many of the newer ACT products do contain alcohol. So, I use this as a backup to the original ACT and am happy to do so. The only negative is that it doesn't taste as good as ACT, but it does make my entire mouth feel great after using.So if you're looking for a great fluoride rinse without the hopes of it having an artificial mint or cinnamon taste, you may appreciate this product.Peace.

I wanted a fluoride mouthwash, for teeth and bone health, because my drinking water has not been fluorinated. If your bones are getting thin, be sure you're getting enough fluoride. This one doesn't taste great, but oh well. I use half the recommended amount, and swish thoroughly but gently. Vigorous swishing makes more saliva, which dilutes the mouthwash.

I've been using a teeth whitener and some of my teeth ended up very sensitive. I started using this to build back the enamel and it provided me much-needed relief. Recommend.

This was the ONLY mouthwash I could find that had fluoride (my dentist really thinks it will help my teeth) and was not artificially sweetened. I HATE artificial sweetener, and had tried so many fluoride mouthwashes, hated them all (although Crest pro-health was the least sickeningly sweet of the bunch). This natural rinse has an ODD flavor, and the first time or two that I tried it I thought I wouldn't like it - I definitely would not describe the flavor as Mint, more like I had chewed on some herbs. However, after I got used to it I really liked the flavor, and found it very mild and refreshing.I don't know of ANY other options for fluoridated mouthwashes without artificial sweetener, so I am so glad that this product is available!

I disliked the taste,like melted plastic. The original purchase was going to be Natural Dentist....

Product has a horrible taste. Seems like it is spoiled. The expiration date on bottle of container shows 01/25. I am afraid to use it. This brand is expensive. Is there any chance that I can get my money back?Thank you.

good mouth wash

At first the taste of mint was ok but after a while a chemical like taste developed and staid in my mouth until I used another mouth wash. Considering the price not sure what to do about the problem.
