I use this mostly to make scones, and have had no problems cutting butter into the flour. The handle is small so it may not work well for men or anyone with large hands.

The handles on these are very comfortable. The bench scraper is a necessary item in every kitchen. Good quality items, highly recommended.

My daughter (15 years old) is a cooking fool and she absolutely loves it.

Seems to be very well made. Good metal. Beveled edge fror scraping dough off cook surface. Can't wait to use it.
