Flimsy construction and materials. Was coming apart as I gently pulled it from the box. Description says indoor/outdoor - I bought it to put on a fence outdoors. I doubt it will survive first contact with any kind of precip or wind. The shamrock is made of very thin and easily tearable material; the base out of some thin, corrugated plastic coated cardboard. They are separated by little plastic posts to allow the lights to go in between. The green material tears away quite easily from the post. Don’t waste your money.

I like the fact this is a yellowish green as opposed to the blue green as they stand out a bit better and still look good with traditional LED green lights that have the blue/green cast. I never used the suction cups. They are subtle in lighting (not dim) but do have a softer light that is appealing. The packaging is ample for storage.

I hung this up from a hook from my ceiling so no suction needed. Yet the light is bright and what I had hoped for.

The only thing I am not sure about is the cord. It's kind of short and I have to plug an extension cord to it. The extension cord is kind of bulky and the cord just hangs there. Other than that, it is very festive.

Cheaply made easy can be broken. Not worth $20
