Most important? contains a needle threader--compulsory these days, but has everything,....thimble, scissors, buttons, snaps, and needles & thread! Oh yeah!...and a cupple o' safety pins! 🆒

Good emergency kit
Only four stars because all of it is pretty cheaply made, including the bag, but the price is right. This kit is for the unexpected repairs, and not for exploring a career as a tailor! I put all of the contents in a tin that fits in the bag and added a few more needles of varying gauges. It stays in my emergency bug out bag-- attached to the straps on the side-- and tales up no space. Worth having.

Great Gift for College Student
I needed a sewing kit ASAP and didn't want to run to AC Moore of Jo-Anne's to hunt for one. This is one of the most manliest sewing kits you can buy. It has the bare basics and I was able to replace the button on my shorts in no time.

Waste of $$
The kit is cheap junk. Don’t waste your money. Needles brake easily, the tread is wound poorly and the accessories fall apart easily. This kit failed to meet the basic needs. I’m a bit upset with the sowing kit. Need to fix a hole in my pants ( at work no less) and couldn’t. The needle holes were all pinched and broken when I tried to fix them. The thread assistant tool broke and the scissors are crap. Don’t buy.

Not the best
I must admit, I expected something a little more rugged considering "Military" and "GI" is in the name of the item. The bag is alright, the snap is hard to open and shut. The scissors are cheap. The needles are thin, the thimble is useless. All in all, I will keep it, get better sewing accessories, and add "military" colored thread. I guess, for the price, I should have expected this.

The right stuff!
I travel a lot and used to have just a tiny sewing kit in my shaving bag. The tiny sewing kit just didn't have the right stuff to do the right thing for repairs. Now this Kit is the best! It has more than I need for those quick repairs, and it still fits in my shaving bag!
