As advertised, this manicure set is quality made. All the instruments are strong and precision engineered. I especially like the storage case...it helps to keep everything in one place, ready for use next time. I would recommend this to anyone!

I’d love to give this 5 stars but I’ve not has it for so long . The red case looks sturdy but I’m sure that over time it will start to peel as it is not a leather case. Important for me was the tweeZer which is working well for me so far. Everything else is useful but not used as often as the tweezer but the case and contents is a nice thing to put in a going away bag( vanity case) to have in case the need arises and then you don’t need to scratch around for the pieces it’s all there if you open the zipper ( obviously you have to return what you’ve used)

After a lot of research and comparison, I decided to order this kit. And Im glad I did! Other reviews helped me decide to take a chance on this kit , and the special pricing was the tipping point for me. The savings come in the case, which is imitation leather as it says, and it is a nice case. Nice quality, very nicely made and fitted out with the implements. The implements are the most important element of this set, and they are very well made. They are stainless steele, madecin Solingen.Each cutting tool is precision, cuts cleanly and surely. The two pair of scissors are sharp and smoothly opetating, edges even and precise. The cutters are easy to hold and the red enamel makes it even easier to grasp them. The tweezers are qualitu too, with evenly ground tips that match perfectly. These are as good if not better than expensive tweezers i already own. The red plastic cuticle pusher/under nail cleaner is a good, sturdy tool, and the long black cuticle tool has a flexible, rubber angled tip, making working with cuticles even more comfortable. Thos whole set is professional quality, and has a nice heft and feeling of quality of each piece. I'm going to order a few more for gifts. You won't be sorry getting this set.

Finally, I decided I had to replace my little similar one I received years ago. It is the only thing I think I've ever kept and used this long and the case was really getting bad. This set has more than my original and from what I can see is actually quality items -- the scissors particularly. I'm sure it will outlast my original gift and outlive me.

I am really impressed by the tools. When I saw they were made in Germany which has a reputation for good tools, I didn't hesitate to order them.I looked at them in zoom and saw they were all nicely aligned. The scissors ends were pointed and together. The nippers edges were not askew. When they arrived, they were the same high quality as the picture.Using them is the same. Nice.This is a good combination of tools. I'll get a lot of use out of it. (I also bought the cute heart kit for car travel)

I have found the tools to be great! The case however is already falling apart and 1) I've used it ~16 times since purchasing last fall; 2) I've never used the tweezers; 3) I keep it in my nightstand and still in the original 3 Swords box too. Tonight as I was opening the case the tweezers fell out. When I went to slide them back in the band just unraveled from one side. I was hoping for something more soundly constructed from a developed country....

It arrived in a timely manner, and it might be a part on my end for expecting more, but the paint already has started to chip and the loops that hold in the pieces are starting to wear out. The instructions that came with them are slightly hard to understand if you don't know much about the tools and what they're supposed to do. For the most part it is cosmetic, and everything functions perfectly fine.

The scissors do not cut straight…. Mine are already rusting and hv not really used. Nail clippers are sharp so far. The kit is ok. Looks nice

Its a very nice set with everything a person really needs.My one criticism is the case, it is very lightweight and flimsy. I feel it is just a matter of time before something breaks.

It's an excellent quality set.I gave it only 3 star because there's no proper cuticle cutter you just get 2 of the nail scissors. I bought the set b cause that's the tool i wanted. You do get some tweezers though...the large and small nail clippers work great. And I like the file.

This is a fantastic little kit for the price. I purchased this because I was sick of the ones I get at the pharmacy being garbage. I've only used 3 of the components so far and it's already been worth it. My husband has toe nails like box cutters. They rip bedsheets, and our old clippers broke mid-clip - they couldn't stand up to his nails. On first use, he said "these are like bolt cutters". They easily dealt with his nails. The metal file is easily 10x better than the Revlon one I had previously. The scissors are sharp and great quality too. I have ZERO complaints. Would definitely purchase again and have already recommended it to others.

Very nice set. Good for home or travel. Sturdy, yet light. Case holds everything together very nicely. Very stylish. Bought the black version for hubby. I recommend.

I bought 2 sets for xmas gift. They were delivered super fast. The utensils look like they are of great quality. The red colour seems great and attractive for young adult females. I have a Solingen manicure set given to me over 30+ yrs ago, and I am still using them now. I'm very satisfied with the German precision and quality, the scissors still operate in the same quality as I first got them. That's why I want to buy a set for my 2 daughters.The only regret I have is that I should have purchased a real leather case set, which mine is. My leather case still holds up very well. When I saw in the title that the red case is made of high quality man-made leather, I thought it should be ok. Now looking at it, I'm not sure if it'll stand the test of time. So if I can do it again, I would go for real leather so that it can last a life-time!
