Really liked this product. It did help control my chronic migraines. The only complaint was that after 14 months of use I had to buy another one because the original one developed a hole after all the microwave use. But as stated earlier I liked the product so much I purchased a second one.

Product is good if you only need the warm compress. The cold I left in the freezer for 24 hrs and it only stayed cold for about 10-15 mins after I put it on my head.

I have chronic migraines and am always looking for tools to offer relief outside of medications and my Cefaly unit. I also struggle with being a little tightly wound so stress relief helps, too.I waited to write my review so I would have adequate time to test my mask. The mask has a gel insert and can be used heated or chilled. I predominantly want mine chilled.The mask itself is very soft and a light blue color. It comes with a gel insert and has a bean bag type weight that allows for the pressure to be distributed in a way that forms to the eye area. It has soft straps that have velcro on each end to wrap around your head and hold it in place. It is lightly scented for the addition of aromatherapy.Now to review. I haven't had a Huggaroo item I don't like, yet. I stay on top of their company due to the relief I get from the items. I find them to be thoughtfully made and of high quality. This item is no different.I last used this during a two day migraine. After a few minutes, I noticed my perpetually tense shoulders drop and my face relax. I noticed the softness and that it didn't hurt to have the pressure. Over time, it feels like it relaxed my face muscles and I had some relief from the pain.A couple of places for growth: the velcro and the scent. The scent is lovely, but because my sense of smell is hightened during migraines, I noticed often that the smell was too much. This was NOT the case when I had no migraine so if you are using it for migraines, I encourage you to check out Huggaroo's unscented black mask. The velcro constantly get caught in my hair. I have a large head and long hair so it may help to pull your hair back some to avoid a tangle.These aren't dealbreakers and I would definitely repurchase this. I can't wait for Huggaroo to keep making products I love that support my well-being. I recommend these products often to my clients because I believe in them. You won't regret purchasing them.

I bought this for our teenage granddaughter. She occasionally suffers from severe migraines and refuses to take medication. Anything to relieve the pain! She loves soft , furry pillows. She hasn’t needed to use it yet but we’re ready when she does.

I bought this in desperation on a day when I had a nagging headache that wouldn't go away. As a sufferer of frequent migraines, applying heat and pressure to my eyes and temples is always my go to for relief. This product looked nice, had good receiws, and wasn't as expensive as some other comparable masks, so I went for it.I used it almost right out of the box, applying heat to my head and sometimes neck at the start of a tension headache. I heated the included insert, fikked with something like rice, on a clean microwaveable plate as instructed for 30 seconds and then added another 30 when I found that the initial 30 seconds wasnt nearly hot enough. Immediatly I noticed the insert had an unusual smell after heating it. I personally found it unpleasant, but not so bad that I wouldn't use it. It had a nice weight and felt comfortable on my face, but the straps used to secure it in place were a bit too long for my head and I kept having to reposition it.The most dissapointing thing about this product is the fact that it doesnt stay hot for very long, maybe ten minutes tops. And when youre suffering from a migraine, the thought of getting up to reheat your mask every ten minutes is a bummer.The cold insert is another disappointment, it's thin and not very pliable so you have to tighten the mask as much as possible and almost press it to your face to get relief around your undereyes and sinuses. It also doesnt stay cold for long, and while that's not an issue for me, I feel like others would have a problem with that.All in all, it's just ok. I think I would have preferred to spend an extra ten or twenty dollars and gotten something a little nicer, but it's not a total loss and I'll use it.

I got this for my husband who has diabetic retinopathy and his eyes really hurt after working on the computer for a while. We put this on his eyes a couple of times a day and it has made a huge difference.One morning I had the worst sinus headache and I borrowed it - it helped me rest and go back to sleep so I’ve purchased one for myself.We just keep it in the freezer when not in use.It also helps him sleep at night. I’m looking forward to using mine to help me sleep better too.

❤❤❤❤❤ Absolutely love these masks. Both my son and I have one. One of them is this version and one is the non-scented version. The only difference between the two is the color and scent vs. no scent. Everything else is equally the same (and awesome I must add).We use them cold. So we place them in the freezer and when we need them, get them out and they are ready to go. We have had zero issues leaving them in the freezer. They are perfectly cold and soft. They do not get hard and are super duper soft and comfy. I love that you can move the frozen gel pack to either the front of the mask or the back of the mask; whether you want it to be super freezing old or just cold, you have the option.My son and I use these on a nightly basis and I dont know how we lived without them.They also work great on headaches as they block out all the light too!Highly highly highly recommend you get these. Not only is the product awesome and super comfy, but the company is amazing and sticks by their products.If your on the fence, jump for this one.. 5 billion stars!! These are awesome!

Può essere usata fredda con la maschera in gel tenuta in freezer o frigo per qualche ora, calda con la maschera di semi di lino scaldata al microonde e anche da sola come mascherina antiluce per dormire, copre parte degli zigomi e si adatta bene anche al viso di chi come me ha un naso non proprio alla francese

Bought as a present for someone who suffers from chronic sinusitis- they loved it found it very soothing, comfortable to use and aided sleep.

Found it to be inch or two short. Takes twice or more time to heat up than recommended. I does help rid those migraine and head aches quicker than just Paracetamol.

Amazing product! Really eases my migraines and helps me manage the pain.

Easy to put on, stage on, really relieves headaches and it is very relaxing to wear.
