Value for money and good product.
Just received your product. There was a set of joinery for correcting the lower vertical pipe with the upper portion missing as a component for one side. Otherwise fine with the product. Need to order the same product a couple more if the spare for the first delivery can come with the new order. The return of 2nd order received today 20/9 is again missing the side vertical part . Is there no end to the mess up. Nothing wrong with the product but we cannot have missing part every time. Can you let us know what to do since we may be ordering more of this product. Krishnan..

This is not the order I did. This made me frustrated to assemble as it was a different size
It’s unfortunate that sometimes the customers get upset and they are able to collect the rubbles of materials not usable.

Product is fine but incomplete
Ordered 2 items at the end of July, 19. Return window closed on 6th Aug, 19. Opened the item for installation in the 3rd week of Aug, 19 and 1 of the items did not have complete items. So 1 of them went waste and had to order another one about 4 days back. For one of the items received would say the product is good quality

Not at all quality product .its made of tissue paper like material which I am not sure of that how long it’s gonna last.regret buying this.
