Just okay
It’s not accurate, so to me all the convenience of not having to place it in the ear or the mouth is negated. I’ve purchased this type of thermometer from two different vendors, and same story, so it’s not just this vendor. If you want a ballpark reading, this will do, but if you must have an accurate reading, you still need the old-fashioned ones.

DOES NOT WORK!
I was very disappointed in this product. I ordered the three pack, so I could give one to my daughter, have one for the house, and one for backup, I opened two of the packages and couldn't get either one of the two thermometers to give an accurate reading. I tried on different people and the temperature would register low and would change each time.I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
