Great book on the use of the Leica M cameras.Filled with information not available in the basic manual.A must for all Leica owners

It's a perfect book for introducing the legendary Leica M1 to M6 camera. It has all the details that the fan needs for the Leica. I love this book and I think every fan of Leica should has one of this book.

Bought this for the information on the classic Leica M6. It covered that beautifully and all the older M series as well.

Got this little book to go with the rest of my books on Leicas. It's only limitation is that it goes upto the M6, but that said it's a handy little book.Don't expect a 'how to' book but more a description of the system and the best way to use it. After all if your buying one of these cameras then your already past basic amature photography, so you should already know about death of field, hyper focal focusing, lens and shutter speed settings.Interesting book though.

Eine gutes weil leicht verständliches Buch über die M-Leica bis zur M6 (die Vorgängermodelle kurz wo wichtig ist angesprochen)Der Hauptautor ist hier als L.Andrew Mannheim bekannt.Das Werk erklärt Technik und Handhabung, gibt Tipps zu Zubehör (das über die Motoren fand ich sehr hilfreich) und ist kurzweilig zu lesen.So noch nicht gesagt, kommt von Hove Books und ist selbstverständlich in englischer Sprache.

Brilliant to have got hold of this little piece of camera history, and really useful for learning to use an M6.
