The quality of the bands is nice and one of the best feature is we get 3 bands with different level of resistance. I actually got these resistance bands for working out at home. These bands allows you to do variety of exercise depending which body part you want to focus. These are strong and durable and you even get a handy manual suggesting different exercises that can be done using the bands. Excellent value for the money one should surely go for it.

Nice product
very easy and efficient way to keep us fit, I ordered this product for my husband because due emti pandemic Jim's are closed and we don't have proper equipment at home. So it is cost effective and we can do lots of exercises like hand and leg stretching etc. Really happy

Good elasticity, durable loop bands
Loop bands came with four shades of blue i.e. Light, medium, heavy, extra heavy and I've used them all in past 4-5 days. Good resistance they produce which is good for building core muscles. Durable product came along with a pouch too. Quite helpful.
