A little heavy, but good quality
Its a little heavy, because it takes a big battery. I imagine that probably means it would last longer than the little disposable jobs. I like that it has a button that you can push and make it stay on instead of having to hold it down. That being said, if you would forget about that and just put it back into your pocket, you would go through a lot of batteries! Being that it is heavy, if you like to clip yours to your shirt pocket, it would weigh it down. It does feel like a good sturdy piece of equipment that could stand up to some use though.

Cheap and Broken
Don't waste your $5 on this cheap piece of metal.The first time I tried to screw the top back onto the main body after putting AAA batteries in it the threads stripped and the top wouldn't stay on. I even tried to glue the top on and it still didn't work.The metal is very cheap and thin. Very poorly made.Although I only lost $5 on this I'm still sending it back just for the principle of the matter.Don't waste your money.

I like this it has the pupil size on the cover ...
I have tried to buy a pen light in stores to no avail. Nobody has these in stock why I don't know there are a lot of medical professionals out there who need these as part of their everyday function. I like this it has the pupil size on the cover and is an excellent tool.

This piece of crap comes to you all the way from China and sans batteries.Seriously, what kind of penlight arrives in an unusable condition? Upon unscrewing the cap, I looked inside and saw that it would accommodate 2 AAA batteries. Or so I thought.... because the opening was just a bit too narrow to fit one in that had a slightly thicker coat than standard (it was a medical brand battery from the hospital). So, in conclusion it was completely useless to me.Also I felt bad that it had to be shipped from across the freakin globe. The postage on that thing cost more than the product. What a waste!

Product quality was very poor
The manufacturing quality was so poor that the threads for the cap did not mesh. Placing batteries into the unit caused the spring tension to push the threaded cap off.I will however give the seller 5 STARS for customer service. A full refund was provided once I sent them a video of the problem.

Arrived defective
Installed the batteries and the light wouldn't shut off. Seems the on/off switch on the back was broken or defective. It's really too bad, I liked the durable aluminum casing. I would stay away from this product.

TERRIBLE
It worked for about a day, then I changed the batteries thinking they might just be dead. Nope, the penlight is broken and I never even got to use it.

Great starter light!
This medical light is great! It takes two batteries and is very niffty. As a volenteer EMS person, this is very handy on the job and is a beautiful blue and nice form of medal. I certainly like the clicky top, instead of the clip-push. Very satisfied with this item, exspecally the price (:
