Ford 4C3Z-9B246-F Fitting Update Kit (6.0L Stc Hpop)

Kit worked very well. Changed my factory installed failure prone snap-to-connect fitting before it blew out and damaged the rear cover....a $30 part that is often on National backorder and you have to remove the transmission to change out, no thank you.

Of course this was an exact fir being a ford product. This part did include the IPR Orings and screen. Instructions for the IPR Orings were included, but nothing for the STC upgrade.Note, that my partical 2006 has a plate acroos the back of the pump and over the old STC fitting. Maybe an upgrade at the time. If you have this plate, you will need to use the 5 original bolts (3 torx bolts and 2 STC bolts). The kit includes new bolts, but not long enough if you have the mentioned plate.The plastic wing nuts will snap right off if you tightened them too much, even by hand. Holding the template with a 1 inch wrench will help keep it in line.

All parts included fit and worked right but didnt have 2 o rings needed for turbo drain back tube. Had to get a turbo inst kit just for 2 orings-10 bucks more- but had to wait for them.

Fit like a glove and replaced my work out 2 pieces on my 06 f250

Parts were purchased based on mechanic's experience with them. He has installed several and recommends these parts to all of his customer's. Parts were part of EGR replacement from stock.

Easy to install, one piece STC fitting, replaced the factory original two piece unit that was getting ready to blow apart.

I bought this as the Ford dealership did not show this part updated on a truck I recently bought with a blown EGR cooler. I thought I would update because of all the work to be done with removing the EGR cooler. After pulling HPOP, I found the STC was already updated. I asked for refund, and within 24 hrs., was sent return authorization. After 2 weeks, I decided to use the gaskets and not take a chance with having to tear everything down again if old ones leaked. Price of buying the gaskets was about the same as the entire kit. It was my fault for ordering it before I knew if I needed one, but there weren't any questions nor problems when I asked for a refund. Would definitely buy from them again
