Little Cottage Co.10x12 Cape Cod Playhouse - Wood DIY Kit

We bought this playhouse and converted it into a chicken coop. It's adorable and the chickens are happy and cozy. The best part is the Little Cottage Company did the conversion for us so it came with nesting boxes, vents and chicken run door. Quality is great and it's a beautiful addition to our property. Quick delivery. My son and husband put it together in a weekend. It came primed and it turned out just as we wanted!

We love this playhouse! Our girls have pretty much moved in this summer. However, getting it off the truck was an odyssey and you should see our seller review for details.Also the instructions for assembly were terrible. We were able to figure it out and constructed the playhouse over three Saturdays, but don't expect good instructions.

We had to do some small changes for the roof since the pieces weren't lining up but nothing we couldn't handle. Besides that it's an amazing playhouse and my 5yr old absolutely loved it for her birthday.

When it arrived I was a bit intimidated because there were more pieces than I had expected. But it came with super easy to follow instructions and went together very quickly! Everything went together so well, I had plenty of screws and nails. It was a great weekend project!

very expensive and is not real wood, is not prime like they said. If I could return it I would.

I purchased the 8x10 cottage kit 6 years ago for my mini therapy horse. We used gravel as a base and stall mats on top of that. It was easy to build and our little horse loves it so much she never pees or poops. She has a chandelier and pictures on the wall and happily conducts house tours for kids.
