Love it, all my family are using it. We can sanitise keys, wallets as well as phones! Great product & very well made.

Bought to replace an original phonesoap that went out. I enjoy the faster 5 minute disinfection time (compared to 10 minutes with the original phonesoap). Also enjoy the ability to charge from the phonesoap unit and it's 360° sanitization capabilities.

Product's materials are great. It looks great, it feels great. With the product comes a sheet of paper saying "Not happy, contact us and we'll make it right". I was happy, but a week after using it, it sopped working. I double checked the cable, the power connection, and everything that was in my hands in order to be as efficient as possible, describing the problem at the moment of contacting costumer support, and nothing worked: the unit is dead.I was going to contact Amazon, but I didn't want to return it (at least not before being sure the unit was damaged, I really loved it), so I got the "Contact us and we'll make it right" sheet of paper (the one that came inside the product box, writen by the manufacturer) and said to myself "Well, I'll give it try, I'm sure costumer support must be great if they include such a statement with the product: I was COMPELTELY WRONG. After several emails trying things like "expose the product to the sun", the "solution" was "I don't know what's wrong with the product. Call Amazon, you bought it from them".I get it, I DID bought the product from Amazon, and if Amazon is the one that has to deal with product failures, then the manufacturer shouldn't include the "Not Happy with the product? Contact us and we'll make it right" sheet of paper (or at least costumer support should have told me something like "I'm going to try helping you but ultimately Amazon has the last word here" so I wouldn't waste my time contacting the manufacturer (as the product sheet said). What bothers me is the FALSE perception of having a great costumer support behind the product if something goes wrong, and then "Go contact Amazon" when we need costumer support. Contacting costumer support was a HUGE waste of time. If something goes wrong with your unit, stick to Amazon support, don't bother contacting product's costumer support.

I lke UV phone sanitizing. I'd been wiping my phone with rubbiing alcohol and lost use of my speaker for a while, and then the speakerphone another time. UV doesn't have this risk.I like the design alot. One thing I wish for is for is something my finger tips can grip onto when I open the unit. It's a little hard to open as is now.Also, I might recommend the UV sensor card, from Amazon at low cost, quite helpful in seeing that the Phone Soap unit isn't leaking UV, and was in fact beaming UV in the inside, in the phone compartment. I have no affiliation with the sensor card people.

Been using for a few days now and it works as advertised. I know the UV light kills the germs as I have something similar for my toothbrushes. Fits my iPhone Pro Max with an Incipio case. The only thing wrong with this is it's a pain to open. There is no pull tab or anything molded on to raise it open. In my opinion a design flaw. Fix that and you'll get 5 stars....

Gross I know, and probably not its intended use, but I was hoping this would help with that weird smell on my workout smart watch bands (it does not). Honestly, unless I whip out an agar plate and do some scientific experiments, id have no idea if this did anything or not. I wouldn’t buy it unless you really want to beleive the hype. I’d be more comfortable using a sanitizing wipe or something.
