Nice!
We got one of these to use for a raised herb garden outside the kitchen door. It was pretty easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy. A bit pricey, but as long as it holds up, all's good. We were planning on getting another, but it looks like it jumped up 10 bucks within days of getting the first, so we will hold off a while...EDIT: Thought I would add in an update as it's been almost a year.It is still holding up well, even through snow and freezes. Not sure if it is with all soil, or just the stuff we used in it, but the bottom and lower part of the sides have darkened from the water draining out. Think of tea stains where the dirt is the tea. It's not too bad, but if you were hoping for it to stay the color it is when assembled, you may want to think about how you want to work it...Again, it was a good purchase, and the herbs we put in it went nuts (Oregano, Chives, Chamomile, Mint, Basil, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme). Will definitely look to get another this spring, so we can split them up a bit.Edit for year 3: I had to re-brace it on the two long sides, as it had started to bow from the weight of the dirt inside. The weather is definitely showing an effect on it.Edit for year 4: Ok, a couple of the vertical slats have broken and/or fallen out. I think this is about the lifespan for being left out and exposed in the weather up here. It may have lasted longer with a bit less dirt, or with something over it to prevent it from taking the full brunt of the weather. I may try to repair it, just to see if we can get another year or two out of it. It does make a nice herb garden, and it is also nice to not have to bend over to access it though.

Great Planter for Patio - Easy to put together, wish it included liner.
Bought this planter as a gift for my Mom when my parents moved into a single-level townhome, as they left a large garden at their former rural home. It's well-designed and went together easily in about 15-20 minutes. Directions were very clear. Seems to have a bit more nice design touches than a lot of other planters I viewed. The only issue I have is that it would have been nice to include a liner, as the gaps on the bottom would allow dirt to fall out without it (not a concern if using pots in there I suppose). I ended up buying weed mesh liner and using a small staple gun to line the bottom and sides, which works well but was just kind of an added hassle. It has a nice light stain finish.

Nice large planter, wish all of the holes were pre-drilled
Need 2 people, electric screwdriver, square, and large flat smooth area to put together. Partially pre-drilled, some was guesswork (this is where it is necessary to have flat surface and a square). The end result is nice. I got it for my mom because she loves gardening but has a very bad back and can't bend down to weed.

A small crop
Easy to assemble. Perfect height. Sturdy enough for a small crop (I have one plant each: tomato, green pepper, zucchini, and pole beans) at the beginning stage. I like that I can have the zucchini vines travel down the side, and I will use the shelf for expansion as it's in full sun. I'm excited.

nice functional porch addition
just put this together, no problem and easy if you use a power driver. it seems sturdy enough with the soft wood. the height is perfect and it looks nice on the porch. I think it should be 50 bucks cheaper (1 star deduction), but if it will withstand our New England island climate, i will upgrade to a 5-star rating and get another one.

Difficult to Assemble
This was very difficult to assemble - not complicated, just hard. There are a lot of parts to be screwed together, but they only pre-drilled one of the pieces, so the buyer has to line everything up perfectly then drill the other side, or try to screw them together without drilling. It took hours.

Short-Lived
I purchased two of these two years ago. They have completely rotted out. At this price point, I expected them to last longer. Not happy at all.

Wonderful raised be planter
I bought this raised bed planter so my 93 year old mother could continue to raise vegetables at a proprt height for her. Gardening in the ground is no longer podible for her. She is over the moon happy and tends her plants daily.Easy to assemble, particularly with a Phillips head drill bit. You don't have to be an engineer to do this! This is a great planter and I like the storage bench below.

Seems to be ok although not real sturdy. The bottom slots are spaced too wide
Seems to be ok although not real sturdy. The bottom slots are spaced too wide. See how it holds up over the season
