This so called exerciser bench is partically of no use. You cannot even do situps due to fault in its layout.At flat level, you can even lay down on it, due a junction coming out and it hurt your lower back. Similary cannot use it for decline level as well. For slanted level you can use it for sitting purpose. You cannot tight its seat and it keep on rotating (when we don't want it to twist) which is much risky.Strength wise it somewhat ok. Elastic band provided with it of no use. Even a kid of 8 year can stretch them completely. There is almost zero resistance in them.Overall its a wastage of money.I bought it after seeing it review for other users, but now came to know that they could be faked one or flase reviews as company provide a cashback of 100 rs. on 5 star rating. And to me it seems just for shake of 100 rs., we wrote flase reviews and trapped more people.

Seat is damaged meansThey provide screw and you need to tight them into some kind of ply.you can't tight them.(means bolts are free).frame is weak can't afford 70kg+ weight .waste of money. Simply Don't buy it.amazon delivered within 2 days
