Up to 4 steps its steady, once u start climbing above that you need some one to hold the ladder, Ladder shakes and loosing balance once start to climb above 4th step. should have provided metal locking between the two legs, just given some ribbons which is absolutely wastage.plate on the top between two legs never locks to its slot.Good part is Very cheap compared to other products in the market. Quality of metal and finishing is good.

Respected Sir/Madam,i have more complaints and objection on your services because1) with Happer Premium foldable ladder have not found out his company label and information regarding inner packing2) On Ladder not any company label permanent label marking of Happer Premium3) Company labels warranty cards not found out , only computerized paper sent.4) Not found out MRP prize and manufacturing date and company registered numbers , company name ,logo .I have strong objections to your sent ladder so please you must send the same company models materials with above all points ratifications and the previous received ladder must be taken back at the same time.Thanks & Regards ,S. Does not induce confidence as it starts to shake and gets thinner on top. Someone must hold the ladder should you want to take the risk. I am not happy as its a 2 man job.

Paid Rs 4299. Great value proposition and looks beautiful too.

Liked the product, felt slightly wobbly initially, got used to it now, not an issue anymore.

We love the product. Sturdy and ladders enough foot space so it is safe for even elders to use it.
