That is right. It is true. And so much better for you than taking drugs for that. Moist & tasty, you can eat it plain or use as an ingredient when cooking & baking. A few bites throughout the day will stop the "running". (Check with your physician first.)

My mother's has been using this product for years and the quality has remained high. Such value for the quantity. The package contains enough to add coconut to the cake mix with much left over to top the frosting. It's an incredible way to spruce up a boxed cake bake.

The media could not be loaded. These coconut flakes were moist and flavorful. I used them to create coconut cookies but I honestly might even add them to my oatmeal and other healthy foods as some extra flavor. They were delicious, high calorie but a coconut lovers dream.
