The Swiffer Sweeper 2-in-1 Mop works great and I wish I had bought one sooner. It’s lightweight, very easy to use, and does a nice job picking up dust and dirt. The fresh scent from the pads is a nice bonus and leaves the floors smelling clean. Overall, it’s a simple and convenient tool for quick floor cleaning.

My old Swiffer got mangled in some sticky goo in the basement that looked like coagulated Coke. Super easy to put together and use. I hate mops which get dirty so fast. I also hate buckets of nasty water. Swiffer is convenient, not messy, and smells nice. Also tall enough you don't strain your back. Awesome product.

Works well for clean up

The dry and wet pads work well, picking up dust and leaving a fresh, pleasant scent after mopping. It’s especially convenient for quick cleanups without having to break out a heavier mop. However, the mop itself feels a bit fragile—you can’t apply too much pressure without worrying about it bending or snapping. It’s perfect for light use, but not ideal if you need to scrub tough spots or apply extra force. Pros: - Great for quick cleanups on hardwood floors - Leaves a fresh, clean scent after mopping - Easy to use with both dry and wet pads Cons: - Mop is somewhat fragile—can’t handle heavy pressure - Not ideal for deep cleaning or scrubbing tough stains

I am very satisfied with the Swiffer Sweeper 2-in-1 starter kit. It’s a super practical solution because it combines sweeping and mopping in one tool, with no need for a dustpan or bucket. In just minutes, the floor looks clean and feels fresh. The dry cloths do an excellent job of trapping dust, hair, and fine dirt that often goes unnoticed. I am so glad I have invested in a good quality product. Its grabs hair amazingly. No other mop or broom has done the job with this much perfection. Plus! I am a lazy person so I love the fact that I can dispose the pads off after cleaning and there is no extra work for me. The mop is sturdy and good quality. Will definitely buy the pads regularly now.

I purchased this item before and had a great experience, which is why I ordered it again. Unfortunately, the parts in this new order do not match and cannot be used. I tried reaching customer service, but it was very difficult to get assistance, and the call‑back feature did not work. At this point, I’m simply requesting a replacement for the defective item. El trapeador llegó a tiempo y en buen estado. Muy bien accesorio para trapear, práctico y con varios recambios, fácil de usar, llega a todos los lugares especialmente abajo de muebles, el único pero que le pongo es que la parte plana no es tan pesada así que se debe de pasar varias veces para asegurarse que quede limpio.

Best thing for dust and hair collects all

The item is although good, as used this before in the US, but the price charged is too high. The item was shipped from Amazon’s Osaka fulfillment center, but don’t know why the item was charged so high (2x of US price). Not value for money.

It is very easy and light weight to use.. perfect for daily cleaning.. wouldn't suggest it for deep cleaning though..
