After trying for almost a year for baby number 2, and starting to feel really deflated, I decided to give these a try. One of the mums I met at a local baby group said she took these to regulate her cycles and fell pregnant that same cycle (totally unplanned), and she was in her 40s. So I ordered these to see if they would help…even if they shortened my long cycles down from 6 weeks to 4-5 weeks, I would have been happy.I started taking these on the first day of my last cycle. I noticed I ovulated 7 days earlier (Day 18) than normal and sure enough got a positive pregnancy test 10 days later! I can’t be 100% certain it was these tablets, but given their strength, I’d like to thing they helped. Either way, I would definitely recommend, even if you just want to regulate your cycles.

I take one of these tablets a day and my PMDD symptoms have completely subsided. I don’t feel depressed any more and also other symptoms have gone such as migraines. Took on the advice of a friend and genuinely have changed my entire outlook.

Make sure you check the date before consuming. The pack I ordered had a best before date of February 2023, and I ordered them in March 2023.

This product has changed my life the only down side being I need the loo a bit more than usual best herbal HRT substitute on the market give it two weeks and you will feel such a big difference I have anyway. I have been using it for the last seven years since I came off HRT marvellous high recommend this to any of you struggling with irritability and hot flushes. Your sleeping patterns will also increase very gradually recommended to be taken first thing not at night for maximum benefit and performance . I you do feel a little warm from time to time just take another capsule it will do the trick very quickly

Only 60 tablets. The picture said 120. Checked description and it definitely says 120. Disappointed. Not value for money . Had 2 types in my basket and picked this one because it had double amount , alass not so 😡

Bought to help with pmt. Only been using the a few weeks but the screaming banshee seems to be more under control. They are easy to swallow and have little taste or smell. These are a good price too, certain specialist stores charge at least 3 times the price for the same thing.
