Got this from Amazon and it works really well You can still use the tablets with the device and the retainers feel so much cleaner than just the tablets alone!

The ultrasonic vibrations are keeping my night guard cleaner.

Bought on February 25th no longer working very disappointed. Gave my trouble right from the beginning. Not worth the money.

This ultrasonic cleaner is compact, easy to clean, and worked as advertised. The only minor drawback is the on/off button is the entire top panel so it's turned on accidently very easily when you hold it. I used a competing model but it was bigger, more cumbersome to clean, and failed after 2 years. Let's hope that this unit will last for a while...Update: Stopped working after only 4 months!!!

I've used this for over 6 months and its the best unit I've ever owned. Pricey but worth it. I'm buying another one.

As many others have mentioned, this unit stops working after a while. In my case, it lasted just shy of a year, so I feel like I got some value--say, $5 a month for it.I think the unit has a design flaw. It's impossible to empty with getting water in the top portion (where the steel meets the plastic). Eventually, enough water seeps in to cause the electronics to short out. That's my theory, anyway.I see that almost every similar product has similar complaints, so there's no great option. Unfortunately, I threw the box out a while back. I plan to buy another one and hold on to the warranty information.

If you have been brushing your retainer with toothpaste after having braces removed, this thing is amazing. I combine it with a tablet for extra cleaning. This is saving me so much time and money. I am not going through a tube of toothpaste a week. Worth every penny.

I’m missing the plastic cork base that goes in the bottom of tray, Is there a way to order a new one ?

Since I was buying from the Aussie site I would have assumed the power plug would have been Australian but it wasn’t soo I had to go and buy an adapter for it to work which was an inconvenience

Just like other reviewers the product just stopped working, contacted the company about repair or replacement. They emailed me back stating that they would get back to me. Never did.Terrible customer service, will never buy anything from that company again.

The thing I dislike about it is that you are unable to use it due to it coming with a US power cord. the cord supplied comes with 2 only contact prongs, in OZ we need a 3-pin plug or the product should include an adapter.

Should have bought one years ago. Works better than expected.
